Each sock has a slit in the side allowing you to insert any kind of ball ( Max 125mm in Diameter ) into the end for weight and then you can start spinning! Tip! Put in a Glowing LED Ball or LED Hacky Sack and play in the dark! You can even just leave a tennis or juggling ball in and play under UV light because these socks are highly UV active!
