I like this comb for the aesthetics instead of a brush. The best part--no plastic.

Broke on 1st Use
Beautiful but center 3 teeth broke on first use combing through normal hair, no resistance or tangles. Shipped in soft plastic mailer and may have been pressure stressed but not enough to break off teeth til I used it. Unfortunately I had already discarded packaging so there seems to be no way to get replacement or refund. Totally disappointing! What can be done?
