Peter Pauper Press Jeweled Filigree Journal (Diary, Notebook)

I love these journals I've been getting them for years, they are always so beautiful! I write alot each day in them so find they fill up quickly, a journal lasts me about 4 months and then I need to get a new one. The paper is really great quality and the lines are a really good space inbeween. I would highly recommend for yourself if you want to treat yourself to a beautiful journal or if you want to buy one as a present for someone else! they make great gifts!

Gold foil edged pages, book mark ribbon, sewn spine, 155mm (w) x 210mm (h). Lovely embossed 1905 pattern cover (same both front and back) with dense gold and colour highlights in faux leather. Nice (simpler) spine decor. 160 faint lined blank pages of heavy archival (acid free) paper. A blank gold inset page front and back. 1 title page simply 'Journal' with verso a 3 line summary of Pewter Pauper's 1928 start.Lovely, smart and tasteful. A mini-work of art from all angles, done with care and pride. A pleasure to look at and and to hold.RECOMMENDED

These notebooks are stunning. They are on par with Paperblanks with their designs. The prices are really good considering the quality of the notebook! The paper is actually slightly thicker than my Paperblanks and a little sturdier but with the same smoothness. Really recommend this brand for notebooks, very high quality and beautiful designs.

Looks really expensive, so definitely worth the price. It was a gift, and he really likes it! He thought I had spent alot of money on him (little he knew) thank youReally pretty too! And good size, would definitely buy again.

This cover shows itself to be distinct just by the design & upon opening, the gold leaf pages add an aura to the journal to be created. In my case the semi precious gems and minerals purchased for healing purposes will fill the pages with meaning and photo references. So glad this family press business has survived the 1920's and beyond. I say a little thank you for that and hope that others will find one of these books ideal for their own secrets, collections and poems.

I gave this note book as a gift, the receiver was delighted. The quality of the paper, gold edge on each page is stunning. Well worth the money.

The Peter Pauper journals are all fab, I buy several a year for myself and my sister, we probably have about 20 each. The only problem is that they are too lovely to use! We keep them in a drawer and drool over them now and again - sad really!
