I went to the doctor was given Iron tablets and it was a no go for me. I stop taking the Iron tablets. My husband purchased Floradix Iron and Herbs. Game changer. Just a reminder when taking Iron you need to take vitamin C (on a empty stomach or before eating) and take vitamin D3 (when you have eaten food).
