Does not start.....
Unable to boot up as operating system not recognized. Turned on and went straight to the dreaded blue screen, and then stayed in continuous loop of restarting...blue screen...restarting...blue screen.... until I turned off. Sent back, refund in process...fingers crossed.

I received my laptop but on the corner side there was a very little scretch please take care while packing or transporting

Its a perfect simple no nonsense laptop
Its super light, dunoo what HP has done. Its simple and come with WINDOWS 11-PRO version. Dunno what was the issue with other who purchased it. This is a new 2023 model. Awaiting invoice from the seller. Rest you can buy with peace of mind. I got it at 1530 AED.

Great value for the money
I brought the 4GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, Ryzen 3 variation of this laptop. If you are a power user with some serious work or gaming, this laptop obviously isn't for you. However ,if you just need a laptop for basic admin tasks, web browsing, blogging, writing, etc.... then it's more than enough. I recommend removing some of bloat ware that is pre installed on the HP windows imagine since 4GB is hardly enough for windows 11. Anyway, for 999 aed, this laptops is fantastic.

Meet my expectetations
The laptop is good, neat , works well and meet the specifications that was posted. However, the battery working time as stated in the descriptions was 9-11hrs bu, the battery lasted barely 4hrs. Need to change the battery.

Unit received in great shape. Laptop it’s light easy to transport. Very fast processor . I would definitely recommend Note don’t have Ethernet Port or CD but I guess those are ancient now Lol 👍

The specs are great on this ... until you receive this piece of crap!! RAM must be a lie b/c I'll type and there's a lag (or they forgot to add cache to the chip) for the text to show on screen in multiple apps (so it's not software related). The battery life is junk. The build is actually cheap and keys are loud and clicky. And the screen resolution is horrible - it's this weird brightness at any angle except one -- the screen has to be at like 127 degrees. lol It's just so disappointing because it looked like great value for the money. Subtract all the value, and save all your money!

The description is misleading. This is not an HD screen, it's 1366x768. This is such a dated screen resolution, modern web pages and apps barely fit. HD begins at 1280 x 720 pixels. I would definitely return if my client didn't need a laptop ASAP.
