As a mechanical engineer working in the Merchant Navy I bought this as my fridge knowledge was getting frozen. A good reference book, for ships engineers and fridge and HVAC engineers. Worth buying.

Quality of printing is not good!

Bad diagrams, poorly written, confusing explanations, lack of diagrams, looks like its been photocopied (diagrams), its a small book with little examples, no effort has been made to label and properly denote figures in the diagram which makes it a frustrating and time consuming read.No publisher/published by amazon which says it all.Not a complete waste of money but close.

Very usefull

It's ok as a pocket reference, but very basic. the index doesn't match up to the page numbers too. Don't think I would reccomend
