I bought one as a gift for my grandmother. I read a lot of reviews before purchasing, and I'm not sure what people mean by the photo not aligning right, at least in my experience. My chain was kind of tangled too. I didn't have an issue setting my photo within the parameter provided, nor untangling the chain, but I did notice how someone could possibly not fill the circle with their photo completely, and maybe that's where the issue lies with fitting the image in the space provided for other customers..on that note I think that they (the company) could easily fix that error before sending the necklaces out, and probably should. The only complaint I really have on the necklace I got is that the photo has specks of discolor here and there. I don't imagine the clarity of the photo you provide would come out as sharp as it is advertised to. All in all, grandma is gonna love this.

I got this in memory of my husband and it is perfect. Its incredible how the picture looks.

The image is not distinguishable, you can see there is something there but that is it. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because the necklace is pretty . No return policy? Now I know why.
