Sturdy product. Matches well with other items in our bathroom that were another more expensive brand, but this matches in quality and look without being an over priced name brand.

After about 3 uses the hook separates from whatever it is attached to inside the ring. I bought 2 of them and they both broke. You can pull the hook completely out. Poorly made.

We love this delta product. It’s a little pricey, but definitely work the money. Very nice.

The hook pulled out of the base after less than a year of use. I took it apart and I'm not sure what Delta was think when designing this. Friction from a Phillips screw in the base is the only thing that holds the hook in the base. The screw eventually loosens and the hook pulls out of the base. There's a hole in the hook, but it doesn't line up with the screw so I'm not sure what its purpose is. Maybe the hole was put in the wrong place and Delta thought "good enough".I modified the hook by grinding a slot into it for the screw tip to protrude into. I switched the screw that came with it to a cone point set screw, same screw as the one that holds the base to the wall. Now the cone point protrudes into the slot on the hook and prevents the hook from pulling out of the base. Fully tightening the set screw locks the hook from swiveling or loosening the set screw slightly allows the hook to swivel.The extra cost to machine a slot in the hook could have been offset by using 2 of the same set screws instead of set screw and Phillips screw. The end user can now decide whether they want the hook to swivel or not swivel. Come on Delta you can do better.

Product does a great job and didn't cost a ton! Just a heads up that any matte black hardware (especially the towel and toilet paper holder!) will always look "dusty"! But if matte black is what you're looking for, this whole line of product is beautiful: clean lines and highly functional!

Nice, modern, good quality. For some reason I assumed the hanging part would swing forward. It’s great -just worried someone might yank it off the wall. Not much room between ring and wall for thicker towels.

I purchased this to match our Delta faucets, perfect match. Simple, sturdy and just what I was hoping for.

Love my Delta items, very sturdy and look great in all of my baths! I would highly recommend.
