What is the Redondo Ball Touch? The Redondo Ball Touch with soft nubs: It is made of soft, foamed and also odourless material (PVC). Through a plug-lock the air filling can be controlled individually. The product is latex-free and without prohibited phthalates. What is its application? It serves as a great Pilates partner for the pelvic floor and abdominal muscle training as well as neck massage for deep relaxation. The soft, yet sturdy ball is very durable and versatile in the fields of Pilates, Wellness, Fitness and MindBody. How does it work? The "foldable" ball for Pilates, fitness and pelvic floor exercises is versatile. With little air the ball can be used as a support cushion for the back or neck. It holds a body weight of up to 110 kg (in exercises while lying down). Clamped between the legs it is also used for fixing and strengthening the muscles. It can also be used for grasping and catching exercises due to the elastic skin. The light and soft ball can even be used indoors for throwing. An exercise poster is included. Our customers say; "The ball is delivered in a box along with an exercise poster and a straw to inflate. If it loses air this the ball can be inflated with any straw or even directly by the mouth. For some exercises, it is good if the ball is rather soft, e.g. when one lies down on it or kneels. It is locked with a small plastic plug that does not fly off the ball even with heavy pressure. If you want to take it with you, it can be made really small with no air and is a great companion for travelling. They range from very simple exercises (e.g. clamp between the legs and compress), to very challenging exercises. You can e.g. support with one knee on the ball, stretch the other leg back and so keep your balance. You may use it to train all areas of the abdomen, legs, rump, back to throat and neck muscles, but it also does a good job for body awareness and relaxation exercises. An ingenious training tool for little money Technical details: Dimensions: 18 cm, 22 cm and 26 cm Weight: about 150 grams, at 26 cm approximately 160 grams Load capacity: 110 kg for exercises while lying down
