I was told this product was very good to decrease your blood sugar level, so a purchase to bags, everything came right on time and the packages were close firmly. The leave were very clean for something that would put on your body. That was a plus. Definitely would recommend this purchase.

I ordered this tea because it is supposed to help hair re-growth. Since I went through menopause, my fine, thin hair has unfortunately become even finer and thinner. I am always looking out for something natural to help me regrow some hair.When I opened this bag of dried guava leaves, the aroma immediately reminded me of a cabin I stayed in as a child. It smelled like burned firewood in a damp fireplace. I am pretty adventurous when it comes to different foods and beverages, so I brewed some of these leaves into a tea. I brought the leaves to a boil on the stove and simmered them for 20 minutes, then strained them. The tea still had the burnt aroma, but the taste of it reminded me of Miso soup if it did not have any salt. I added some lemon and honey which improved the flavor, but I finally decided that guava leaves are 'not my cup of tea'.However, I did cool the remaining tea - without the honey and lemon- and made a tonic for my scalp. I added a bit of rosemary essential oil to it and put it in a spray bottle. I have been massaging my scalp with it a few times a week for just about 2 weeks now. The spray feels refreshing when I use it. I have not noticed any new growth yet, but I do notice a big improvement in the health of my scalp. I had some bumps and sore/itchy spots that were quite annoying. Using this guava leaf tea with rosemary oil cleared all of these up! I look forward to seeing how it will work to improve my hair follicles and hopefully grow more hair. So far, I am impressed. It was worth the purchase price just to improve my scalp!
