Excellent with a bit of help
Great taste if you know how to prepare it. I dilute it with a little stock, usually chicken, and add liberal splashes of good red wine. Season with a few grinds of black pepper and reduce for a few minutes. Not salty. Makes a really nice umami-meaty-forward sauce or gravy.

Like eating a scented candle
When I look for a Demi-glace, all I’m really seeking is deep umami and meaty flavor. I will flavor my dish as I see fit. This had an overwhelming flavor of what I can only describe as like a rosemary extract. I was extremely disappointed because I had a huge dish of mushrooms that I saved to make a chicken marsala, and the whole thing is completely overpowered by that resinous flavor of the herb extracts. Also threw me off my polenta game, which I usually prepare with rosemary leaves. Would not recommend, will not buy again.

Bland taste
Walked in my home and the house smelled amazing. My mom made baked chicken in the this sauce over rice. I was really excited based on smell, unfortunately the taste was not there. Very bland. Gonna try the pepper corn version next. Gave 3 stars based on very good smell.

disappointingI didn’t find any green pepper in the green pepper sauce 🫤it didn’t taste good at all and ruined my ribeye plus bad stomach afterexpectations not met unfortunatelyI was not supposed to expect much probablyIf you want a great sauce use fresh ingredients and cook it yourself..

This mushroom gravy was GREAT!
My wife made a pot roast with mashed potatoes that we usually just use brown gravy with. This came right on time so we used instead. It was delicious!! Also liked that it is portioned for 4 servings, exactly our family size. We have ordered LeSauce’s finishing sauces before that is portioned for 2, but still is plenty for the 4 of us (and equally as tasty!!). Highly recommend!!
