There has in the past been been many historical articles, books written with a western view regarding this subject. It seems the Victorian view is still in vogue. This book, with many references by eminent scholars gives an alternative unbiased view of both Asian and Western history. A very good read.

I have learned more about the historical facts and events supported by research and evidence reading this book than what I have studied all my life about India and it's glorious history !! Stephen has got into the bottom of every details, validated them and also interpreted the context in which they are all used !! And many of the facts were always mis-represented in the past and this book is an eye openor..A must read for all historians and understand the difference between misleading narrative in today's context and what a research based work that exactly says the opposite !!

Very attractive cover page. I am totally blown away by the in-depth knowledge of Stephen Knapp on Vedic Culture.The author has guts to expose the bogus “Aryan Invasion Theory” proposed by the Mux (MAD) Miller in 1800s. During the Bronze Age many people migrated from India and settled in Germany and it’s not the other way. The most advanced civilization and very powerful empires flourished in India while the west and rest of the world including China were still wandering in the woods. The author did a splendid job in explaining the Vedic culture in straight forward and plain words. I highly recommend all the historians to read this book and come up with the real world history.

This book is an eye-opener on Indian Vedic Advancements and its importance/influence on modern world. What I am highly impressed with is the amount of supporting references/details mentioned in this book as it sifts through the immense advancements and contributions of this civilization! Immaculate proofs and evidence are provided to date the important events recorded in this civilization's history. Being from India, I am only saddened that I never read such history in my school years about Indian Civilization (perhaps due to variety of speculations that have been refuted only in recent times with series of major archeological discoveries)!

A wealth of fascinating information.Well written and thoroughly documented trip through man's early history. I now look at India with a much greater respect. This where much of our culture, math, science and religion began.

A very well researched book. For once the theory that Romans and Greeks were the cradle of all thought has been debunked. That knowledge traveled from East to West clearly laid out factually.
