Fantastic product!
UPDATE: I have abused this machine for almost a month now running it at max temperature taking 2 10 minute showers each day between me and my partner. It is extremely efficient, we use small 5 gal propane tanks that and they last roughly 2-3 weeks of us using them a lot. We also hand wash our dishes and it still manages to last super long. This is one of the few indoor built instant propane water heaters on this app and website. It does not disappoint, the price tag reflects the quality. It gives instant hot water and works amazingly as advertised. I've been using this for showers over the past week and it works great. It is super easy to mount and although it doesn't come with the fittings and proper connections for gas or water you can easily find these at your local hardware store. It will cost a little extra but I guarantee after you try it you will love it. I have this unit mounted in my camper that I live inside all year around and it is the greatest upgrade I've done to this place.

Super Product
Works great. Very reliable and quick. Quiet and dependable. Heat kicks on within 2 seconds of water flow. Water is constant temperature at setting. Easy install, easy venting. Use Type B vent.

Good value but Barely enough heat
Easy to use, good value, and it works well.We have cold ground water, (40f) and have to use a water saving low flow shower head to get the water hot enough to shower.

Good product
Purchased this to replace a 20 year old Takagi tankless heater and it has been flawless since install and much less expensive than others. No complaints.

Great heater for the money
I installed this in the cabin we live in about a month ago and so far it's been working well for us. The distance from the heater to the various taps is fairly short and there is a bit of a lag getting hot water to the outlets, but I believe that is more of a result of the "water saving" fixtures we are stuck with these days and their flow restrictive nature. Water temp fluctuations have been minimal. Though we have noticed some due to the lower temp of the incoming water to the heater after the water has run for a period of time. We have very cold water from our well. The unit is a little noisy, but that is far from our concerns. My only real concern is the water heater cycling when running the washing machine when set to a warm wash temperature. It runs for such a short period that the water doesn't really get an opportunity to heat and I feel like the rapid cycling is probably not good for the heater. I feel this is more of an issue with the washer than the heater. Our solution was to run the washer on a hot setting and reduce the temperature on the water heater. Right now we just have a whole house filter installed in the inlet. We did have a Water Drop scale inhibitor installed, but it leaked and had to return it to Amazon for a replacement. Definitely on the homestead priority list as we have very hard water. All in all we have been pretty happy with the heater. Super easy install except for cutting a hole in the logs for the vent.

Great water heater!!! Works as it should!
I purchased the 80,000 btu version of this water heater. I love it! It's been about a week since I installed and it is still going strong and working like it should. Whoever said this can't be used as a whole house water heater was wrong. It took some getting used to because I used this to replace my old 40 gallon tank water heater, and like all tankless water heaters there's a bit longer of a delay in getting hot water to the faucets. However once that hot water is flowing it's amazing. I took the longest hotest shower I think I have ever taken in my life!!! The only other quirk is the flow rate. Which I expected since I chose the smaller unit for a whole house. The flow rate is plenty to run a shower, run the washing machine, run the dishwasher or the kitchen and bathroom faucets. However when filling a bathtub there is no water restrictor so the tub has to be filled slowly. It still only takes 15-20 minutes to fill my cast iron tub. A little bit longer then when I had a tanked water heater but a small trade off for unlimited hot water! The only other thing to keep in mind is this water heater doesn't have a fresh air intake, it used air from inside the house. If your house is sealed up well and well insulated it may not be the water heater for you. My house was built in the 20's so I had no worries about not having a fresh air intake.

Almost perfect
I would have given this 5 stars if the gas would have been 1/2 mip. I ordered this in January knowing that there was a good possibility I was going to need one at one of my various properties. It took me and a buddy of mine longer to drag the old tank water heater out of the house than it did to hook this up. If you value nothing other than time, this took minutes to install. Seriously... we did have to drive a mile to the hardware store and buy a couple of fittings but it took 10 minutes to hang it on the wall and hook everything up. Had they used a standard fitting for gas on this, it would be 5 stars. If it makes it 5 years it deserves 5 stars. Haven't even read the instruction yet, we just hooked it up and plugged it in and it worked so much easier than a tank water heater. I think I'll order a second one.
