Auraglow PIR Motion Sensor Stainless Steel Up & Down Outdoor Wall Security Light - Warm White

I bought one of these for outside my front door at the end of last year and had it fitted by an electrician. I can’t comment on how easy it was to install but it didn’t take him very long and he set it all up without a problem. The light has been working fine ever since. I tend to leave it on the PIR setting so that it comes on when someone approaches it and goes off by itself but I like the fact that there is also the option to have it as a static on/off light as well. I’ve not had a problem with the settings and it’s been set with just the right amount of range to come on when you get within a few meters of it and to go off after a couple of minutes. The range, time and light settings were all easy enough to alter.The light looks very stylish and I love the way the up and down bulbs light up the wall, I find this gives off plenty of light and the warm white bulbs stop it from feeling harsh.I was so pleased with the light I have bought another one for the side of my garage and although this has only been installed for a few weeks is working as well as the first.

Bought two of these. Look great, my wife loves how they give excellent brightness upwards and downward. It doesn't allow manual override, which i thought it did but that's my fault. The sensor cover is better than expected although it does need to be pushed/clicked into place with more effort than just a gentle click, which I think is the issue most are having. Overall perfectly happy with these. Considering their cheap price.

This was smaller than I was expecting it to be, but once it was on the wall it looked just fine. It has a nice weight to it and the light is bright and really pleasant to look at. It has three dials to adjust the duration the light should stay on after it's been triggered, the distance required to trigger it, and the amount of ambient light required to trigger it. It took some time to get all three settings right, but I really appreciated having the ability to have such granular control over it. It is being triggered exactly how I want it now and is staying on for the right duration. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this product. There's some weight to it so it doesn't feel cheap and it was easy to install. Also, the light bulbs, being a standard size, are easy to replace should you need to do so.

Bought these as the equivalent on the high street (a certain Mr. Lewis) was much more expensive for what looked like the same thing. I can see very little difference in the design. I bought 3 of these and put them up outside. They work great. just a couple of things to point out. Firstly be aware that the light shines out of the top and bottom - I know this is obvious but be advised that the light is quite bright so I can imagine if you like on a terrace or close to your neighbours there is a risk that you could light up their house or disturb anyone sleeping upstairs when they come on. Secondly i'm not sure why the plastic surrounding the sensor is white! The light is brushed aluminium so it would make more sense in my opinion for this plastic to be dark grey or black to fit in with the design... Great lights though, would recommend.

I was surprised at the build quality of this item. Well made brushed stainless steel; PIR works well. Would not hesitate to buy this again.

For the price they are very good lights. A bit fiddley to install, and the main case is very thin don't overtighten the bolts. On the plus side, very bright lights that look good. Sensor is accurate. Can't comment on longevity yet, only just installed.

As others have noted it’s bit fiddly to get wired with standard outdoor gauge. Also the housing is not the best build quality. Apart from that they look great and are working well 9 months later. However the dome bolts have gone rusty after just one winter here in Ireland. So budget to replace these.

Bought the Auraglow PIR motion sensor light to replace an old PIR lantern. Very pleased, the new light is modern and stylish and looks great. Easy to install, setting the PIR for time and sensitivity fine but slight hiccup with setting the Lux as only wanted it to operate in daylight, needed to set it anti-clockwise and not as per instructions. The light is working as planned and looks great and not expensive.
