Great sturdy bed, On time delivery & no complications
The media could not be loaded. Okay. So we’ve never ordered something this big online and we were skeptical but we are so glad we did!! We have a 6, 4 & almost 2 year old and the beds fit them perfectly. I will add that the bottom bunk doesn’t have much space between, we ordered 10” mattresses I believe. But that works for us because our kids aren’t big yet. Also, the mattress we have is too big to just pull out the trundle without a struggle so thinking about getting something thinner. But overall product I highly recommend!! All pieces were there, nothing broken and it is VERY sturdy, doesn’t make any noise while going up the stairs. My kids say it’s very comfortable and love the way the cabinets function for storing small toys. My kids are in love with this bed and have no complaints whatsoever. It did take a long time to put together about 4-5hrs with two of us, but it was definitely worth every minute.

Sturdy product, but that lower bunk is WAY too small
The Good - feels very sturdy, kids love the storage and the extra height on the top bunk, youngest is thrilled he can share a bunk bed with his brothers. Excellent customer service from the seller after their original delivery handler got it wrong.The Bad - The lower bunk. Its comfortable to sleep in but it really isn't tall enough - even my 7yo can't sit up in that bed! Boys still love their beds though, they sit on the top bunk like it's their new base!

Not enough space between the upper and lower bed
Return policy is a joke. They offer me a 15% of what I have spent to pay for the item that doesn’t fit the purpose. Between iper bed and lower bed ore more o less 40cm space, my 9 years old son was struggling to get in and out of bed.He also said that he can’t sleep as it looks like he’s trapped inside.

Love it!
I wanted to come back and leave a review because, initially, I was hesitant to purchase due to the limited reviews and one that wasn’t so positive. However, I’m so glad we went ahead with it! My fiancé assembled the bed and found the process very straightforward, even though he’s not particularly experienced with this kind of thing.The end result is fantastic! My boys absolutely love the bed, and it looks so neat and stylish in their bedroom. The storage built into the stairs is such a clever feature, and since we don’t need the third bed, we’re using it as extra storage, which has been an incredible bonus for us.I’m genuinely impressed and would highly recommend this product to others!

Delivery on time
Product delivered but boxes damaged not being assembled till 10.12.2023 so hopefully all intact.

Good bed
It’s a good quality bed, but would not recommend buying if you’re a single parent as it comes in four boxes and they are impossible to carry they are so heavy
