Awesome product
Our double wide has leaked for 30+ years but was getting worse. Truly it needs a new roof design not the 1960 flat galvanized sheet approach. We have used various products over the years but they no longer helped. I contacted this company to see which product works for the application. They helped calculate how much I need, gave simple instructions and confirmed I only need this silicone one. Took me a three days or so to complete in the the heat. When painting it, it seems like a paintable lap sealant. Some spots needed lots of attention. This is my parents house and I didn't realize how bad the leaks were getting. But in the end the painting down that cloth tape on the seams and cracks is key for lasting results. It rained after I did that. No leaks. I came back a month later and finished the top coat. Interesting side effects of it, I normally could not put my hand on the roof in the summer as it's too hot. This silicone made it constantly cool even mid day. Cold enough you would think it rained that night but it's dew. Once cured I don't see it peeling up. I feel it darkened slightly from the pure white to less white. Seems expected. It adhered to all the other stuff that's been applied to the roof in all these years.Recommend highly if you would like to finally stop those leaks.

Liquid Rubber seals a roof completely
The Liquid Rubber was used to seal the roof of a travel trailer. It did an excellent job of covering the seams and sealing out water during rain storms. I would definitely use it again!

My Chicken Is Grateful
We have a tile roof, so this doesn't work for our house. It does, however, work for our chicken coop.We used to have a backyard flock of 5 egg-laying hens, but after nearly 8 years, we're down to just one big, grumpy old hen named Brienne. Brienne hates the rain because the roof of her chicken run leaks like a sieve nowadays. It's your standard asphalt shingle roof, but it has been constantly roasting in the sun for 8 years and every place where there was a seam and/or caulk is now leaking badly.Liquid Rubber to the rescue. We applied this stuff to the roof of the coop and run, following the directions on the bucket. It totally worked. Now Brienne can enjoy the occasional downpour without getting dripped on. It looks nicer too. The white color should keep the roof cooler during hot, sunny days. Brienne and I give this product 5 enthusiastic stars.

It works
I specifically used it to seal a leak over my 5th wheel, and it worked wonders. The application was straightforward, and it dried relatively quickly, forming a durable, waterproof barrier that has held up well against the elements. For the quality and performance, this roof sealant is a solid investment for long-term roof maintenance and leak prevention. Highly recommended for its effectiveness and ease of use.

Sticky and messy but works great! Great for repairs to extend a roof life.
We have an older roof that is at the end of its life cycle but not able to reroof it this year due to funding. With that said I used this to patch up exposed nail heads and put on other areas where there was missing or worn-out shingles. This stuff is sticky and messy but gets the job done! I used an old paint brush to coat the areas that needed it and it worked as we expected it too. No leaks in our roof and we are able to put this project off for a year or two without worrying about water getting inside.

This is Quality Stuff
My house has over half a dozen large skylights. And while the natural light is nice, I view it as multiple potential roof leaks if maintenance is not performed regularly. Typically, we use tubes of silicone to seal around the skylights, so I was really interested to give this a try. For starters, one gallon of sealant is a lot! Kept sealed and in a place where it doesn't get too hot or too cold, this should last quite some time. It's not too hard to work with, although the tubes are definitely easier. We have treated all of our skylights and this stuff looks to have done a more thorough job than the last sealant we used. I have no doubt that we won't have any leak from any of these skylights.
