The best treats for dogs. High value and healthy. A bit pricy - but there is a lot in the package. My dog’s favorite treat!

I just got these a couple of days ago and my fur babies love them. They are thick long tendons and they absolutely go crazy when they see me grab the bag. The bag is big and filled, unlike another brand I bought from Amazon. My dogs are mid chewers and these work great when their anxiety when the fire works or thunderstorms are coming. My babies are crazy 🤪, I would do anything for them. I will be a repeated customer! 🥰

This is the third bag Iʻve purchased for a 1.5 y/o spaniel and here are our observations:- Treats do not have any discernable smell, even when dog is eating them. No residual bad breath either and no complaints about teeth plaque from vet.- 12 pound dog has not experienced any digestive or gastrointestinal issues so far and tendon does not appear undigested in poop.- Tendons arenʻt uniform in shape, thickness, and length but not drastically so. All pieces are relatively the same plus or minus 33% difference (just like not all turkeys are the same).- Total weight of the bag is correct and none of it was useless nubs or crumbs.- If kept refrigerated, tendon becomes stiffer and more brittle. Will crack and crumble a little more but softens up like a regular tendon while dog is munching.- If kept at room temp, tendon stays pliable and is more chewy. Lasts longer as a chew.- Can be cut smaller using kitchen shears, which helps to give doggo more treats more often.Overall, this is a great treat (special or daily) for my 12 pound dog. All dogs are different, but mine enjoys the snack and has no problem eating it at room temp or chilled. Enough sticks for many good boys and girls. Highly recommend for the four legged family member; five stars *****

*UPDATE*These are choking hazards. Watch your dog carefully when giving these turkey tendons. My dog did well at first, but now he gobbles them so quickly that he's not fully chewing them. He has choked twice, and I reached into his throat and pulled out a 4"-long, sticky, partially chewed tendon. The VERY fine print on the bottom of the package warns about supervision. These are so tough that I cannot cut them into smaller pieces using kitchen shears or a chef's knife. I was able to cut them into bite-sized pieces using pruning shears. I hope I don't have to take them away, because he really loves them. He can't choke on the beef ones, because they are big, but he doesn't like them, and they stink to high heaven.I have a small, 20# dog, and these are just the right size for him. He really enjoys them and gets excited when I pull one out of the package. We have struck a deal - he lets me use the nail grinder for his pedicures, and afterwards he gets a turkey tendon treat. I do a few nails at a time, and he gets excited about it. A win for both of us.

My dog is super picky and these treats are the only thing that I’ve found to entice her to eat. They don’t upset her stomach and there are a bunch in one package so they last about a week. I have to cut them into smaller pieces just because my dog is small and won’t take the whole stick at once. They don’t really smell so my puppy is allowed to eat them wherever she pleases. I have a subscription so two bags come every two weeks and that’s the perfect amount of time for my dog to eat them. They even come earlier than expected sometimes. I’m so glad that I’ve found treats that are easy to find and that my dog loves.

Yes they are thin. Yes they are expensive. I still plan to buy these regularly because my 7 week pup goes nuts for these. They are a natural product so the variation in size is to be expected. They are literally leg tendons from turkeys, which vary in size. If they were extruded from a machine, like pasta (or other treats) I would expect the size to be consistent. When I go to buy dog treats, 95% have sugar and/or other unnecessary (and unhealthful!) ingredients. These are wonderful and work well for us.

Our 8 year old 4 pound Yorkie loves these! He has had quite a few teeth extracted yet he has a deep desire to chew. These are perfect.We cut the tendon in half so he can have an easier time.
