Good bundle
Very good item. It was very cheap I got this for like $10 and its worth it. Can be adjusted to different amounts of strength up to 132 pounds. It’s pretty comfortable too.

Gets the job done
The grip strength trainer has a clicker to count reps and is fairly adjustable. Having said that my husband maxed it out and the resistance at 13.2lbs wasn't enough, but for high reps it does work your forearm muscles pretty well. The extra stress ball and resistance bands are nice but not sure how much they'll get used.

Fun pack
First off: the finger strengthener is a rubber so it does loose elasticity after a while. The stress ball is a nice thing to have. The forearm trainer is great and has seen lots of reps with no failure. I don’t like the counter mainly because I train for a time frame not reps. The clicking is a little annoying but the product does the job and works well.

Worth it.
Works very well with the ability to adjust the tension levels. I like that it has counters to track your click progress but wish it went higher than 99. Nice way to work out your arms while you are watching TV.

Grip strength to the max!
I’ve had pretty weak forearms before. After using the grip squeezers, I’ve noticed my arms more veiny and my grip strength increased. I like the little bag that I can use it for travel and just crank it out. It’s also a good tool to use if you have OCD, 2 birds one stone!

Broken After less than a year
I only used the two forearm grips and they broke less than a year of normal use, the spring broke hence the whole thing is not useable. One broke after about 9 months, the other broke at 11 months.

Great quality and price
I love this set! Great quality construction and value! After using for few months I’ve purchased three more as gifts. They are comfortable and results are impressive. I purchased as regular workout equipment. The gifts were to parents for hand strengthening. All have reported significant hand strengthening and dexterity. There are quite a few different exercises that can build forearms and finger strength. If people used sooner in life these can prevent weakness as aging. Highly recommend!
