the supplier packed the hat in a plastic bag so when I received it the bill of the hat was bent and the crown had dents in it. I sent it back for replacement and got the same packaging again but luckily the hat had no visible deformities. would have been better to have gotten it in a small cardboard box, folks don't buy hats with deformities...
