For licorice this has a very mild, pleasant flavor. Very soothing when I had a sore throat. This tea is is organic and is supposed to boost your immune system. But FYI, licorice also increases blood pressure. So you may want to avoid this if you have hypertension. This comes nicely package with a double layer of cellophane which should help to keep the tea fresh. The paper tags which hang over the side of your cup keep falling off before I put the teabag in to the cup. A little annoying, but not a deal breaker. Will purchase again.

Have never reviewed herbal tea before and REALLY was on the fence about ordering one that no one else has tried yet but, this is INCREDIBLE! I'm no wine expert, but this tea makes me want to wax poetical about all of the top notes, middle notes, etc...it's an exquisite blend. At first it has a perfume like taste and smell, maybe from the meadowsweet...you can also get a hint of peppermint and a spicy note too in the first taste. After drinking the spice lingers like black pepper, but the meadowsweet leaves a sweet tinge along with the other herbs on the back of your tongue. Bought this for anti inflammatory diet and didn't really think I'd enjoy it so much! Pleasant surprise, will definitely repurchase if it has added health benefits over time.

do nit buy, dried out tastless, i though i could find the tea i really like, but they all taste the same: tasteless. too bad, will return paartial package. tea has to be keept away from air to keep aroma, packaging ogf these teas are all in paper only so they have lost all their taste and aroma... do not buy !!!!!

This tea is amazing!. My wife and I recently switched from coffee to tea and decided to try this Thyme Licorice tea. We enjoy the hints of Thyme, but what sold us was the Licorice after taste that lingers on your taste buds. My wife and I enjoy the tea without any sweetener added. It truly is a nice evening tea. I recommend you give it a try.

Not strong enough for me

This tea had an earthy flavor, which I expected, but there was a subtle hint of thyme that I wasn't expecting. Overall it was good, but not great. However, I appreciate that it is an organic tea at a reasonable price and I suspect it is an effective immune booster. I used it during my most recent cold and, it may be coincidence, but I recovered much quicker than usual and with less severe symptoms overall. I expect to buy this again as long as I am seeing good results.

I have a slight case of asthma that makes me cough a lot to clear my throat. Some where I heard that tea would help with that. Skeptical, I checked out tea on this platform and took a chance on this tea. I was pleased to say that it worked! My breathing is a lot easier and I don't have to clear my throat near as much. Coughing is a LOT less, too. I'm drinking more of this than I am of coffee so I'm probably healthier as a result. I have a cup of tea in the morning and another sometimes later in the day. I save the used tea bags and combine two of them to make a third cup, thereby making my supply last longer. Good stuff! Ordering more.
