Balmonds Intensive Lip Balm 5 millilitres

I have averagely dry lips and have used an EOS lipbalm for a long time. I received a new one from Amazon and quickly my lips became very dry. So I applied more. My lips flaked, then cracked and bled. I was horrified, and realised the more I used the EOS balm the worse my lips were; that they must have changed the ingredients or it was counterfeit. I discontinued it and looked for something to repair my painful lips.I came across this Balmonds Balm and ordered on the basis of the reviews. What can I say? Its fantastic. Within 36hrs of starting to use it there was significant improvement in my lips, the open splits had healed and my lips were becoming softer. After 4 days, there was minimal scarring and my lips were hydrated. They are now in the best condition they have ever been and I use just morning and night, with a bit of lippy in the day.I don't have time to write reviews but I wanted to let people know what a life changer this product has been for me. It is worth every penny. I hate having dry lips - now I don't.

I’m genuinely amazed. I’ve tried everything under the sun for my allergy prone lips so wasn’t expecting much. I knew within a few minutes of applying it that I was onto a winner. The only other balm I can use is Lucas PawPaw Ointment which I order direct from Australia. It hadn’t been working very well lately, making my lips dry with allergy flair ups. Now I’ve been putting Balmonds on then sometimes Lucas PawPaw on top to add shine. This works fine. Some days I’ve only needed to apply Balmonds a few times which is unheard of for me! I’d say that if you don’t have ‘problem’ lips then this probably isn’t for you as it’s unscented and fairly matt. I’ve been using it for over a week and it’s like my lips are normal again, no redness, itching, stinging, tiny bumps, weeping, peeling! I’m so happy and would 100% recommend this product.

My regular lipbalm got discontinued, and I tried this one because of its clean/organic ingredients list. It has great staying power, and stops my lips from peeling, even in winter with the central heating on full blast.The texture is really great, a good balance between thick enough to last, and thin enough to apply easily. The balm goes on clear. There is no particular flavour, and it doesn't have the stale oil taste that similar lip balms sometimes have, so that's a plus. The best before date on the tube I received has almost 2.5 years left on it.There is a mild medicinal smell when you apply this lipbalm, due to the tinctures it contains, but I find that the smell dissipates completely within a minute or less.ETA: I had to stop using this lipbalm, as the nettle in the ingredients is not good for PCOS.

I've suffered with cold sores for years and an outbreak can last weeks leaving my lips very painful, sore, cracked and dry. I take prescribed medication for the virus but this doesn't help the dryness.I've used every amed lip balm to help soothe but nothing has worked. I read an article about this lip balm and thought I'd give it a go... It arrived Thursday morning and I applied constantly through out the day and all day Friday.. By Friday night they were much better.. By today Monday they are 100% better and feel very moisturized. I can't believe how much better they are. This lip balm will definitely be part of my daily routine, especially now the summer is coming. I'd highly recommend anyone who suffers with cold sores and dry cracked lips to get one of these.

After reviews I read I expected more from this product lips still dry not any difference

The whole Balmonds range is excellent. This lipbalm is no different. Does what it says on the tube. My lips are soft & not chapped. It's mid-winter so it's doing well.

We are regular users of the Pure Potions Skin Salvation balm, mainly for one of my twins lips (all natural ingredients). However the pot is running low, and we really need something more convenient to take out and about. This lip balm, the same stuff as in the pot, is perfect! So much easier to pop in my pocket! If your child suffers from dry, tight, or chapped lips then this is perfect! I'd never use anything other than pure potions on his lips.

This is the only lip salve I will use. It is good quality and free of chemicals and the price is reasonable.
