The double entry of this keeps dogs out, and helps with litter tracking. I have noticed a decrease in smell as well, until I open the doors😄 But if you scoop daily/every other it shouldn’t be a problem. I picked up carpet remnant squares and cut to size for a total of $5 and I just take them out and shake them. LOVE the motion sensor light included. Even if my meatball doesn’t need to see in the dark it helps a ton when scooping the litter! The locking door is great, no worries about dogs finding a way in.It feels sturdy, my handy husband was able to put it together in about 20 minutes.Speaking of meatball, my kit-kat is a monster. Round and heavy, a good 20 lbs, and he fits through the openings and in the box perfectly. He’s also a senior and has no problem stepping into or down from the opening.I would encourage buyers to measure for litter box size, I ended up getting a dishpan to fit the space. But it works and no complaints.I am able to store bins with total weight of 30 pounds of pet food on top and it does well.I’m very pleased with this purchase!The look is clean and fits well with my decor.

I picked up this thing because I need a litterbox my dog cannot get her face into and with the recessed partition it does the job pretty well. The hole is pretty big, however, so it may not perform as well for a small dog in keeping them out.The materials are very good. At the price you are not getting heavy true wood, but this does the job and doesn't feel cheap at all. Instructions were clear and assembly was easy enough for 1 person. It took me about 30 minutes with a power drill with screwdriver and allen wrench attachments. The motion sensitive light can be recharged with usb and is a nice little touch.In addition to the partition, the double doors can be latched with a bar on front while also being easy to open to clean the litter. Very nice design.My only complaint is that the magnet that holds the doors closed, and the rubber 'foot' that goes in the middle are both held on very weakly by screws too small for the job. I had to beef both of those up because they would not stay on well with the provided equipment.Overall it is pretty much as pictured and does not feel cheap at all.

I got this to try and mask smell and control the liter fall out. I love this thing! Hides smell and helps keep liter in! Came with a motion sensor light as well which is great, charge last a long time. Makes an ugly liter box look cute! Decent quality for price. Would recommend.

Surprised at the quality for the price. It's not going to lay 20 years but if your on a budget and this is the best you can get, not bad. Assembly was pretty easy, if your not mechanically inclined you will need help putting it together though. A lot of pictures in the instructions. Only thing I would say to do is buy a liner or spray/ paint the inside with something that will protect it from urine. I can see it getting soaked, damaged and losing structural integrity. Opening it is difficult, there is only a latch not handles. I am disabled though and my hands only function at about 40%.

The media could not be loaded. Best instructions for assembly I have seen. All parts and hardware were included and clearly identified. All the holes matched up perfectly. Quality materials and finishes resulting a sturdy and attractive structure. Even came with a motion sensor light for inside. Excellent value for price. Fits a standard size litter box. My cat started using it immediately.

Easy to put together. Fairly sturdy. Smaller than expected. I looked back at product pic and that is a kitten in the pic and not a full grown cat. I missed that in perspective. I had to order a new small liter tray to fit and the inside isnt treated so in time im curious if it can stand up to anything that falls outside the tray. We will see.

Title says it, couldn’t find the instruction document in the package, and have to spend hours figuring it out. The materials look okay and I would expect it to last. Disappointed by the missing instruction docEdited to change rating from 2 to 4. The enclosure is very sturdy and contains all smell inside. Better to use with active carbon bag together, it will get rid of the smell completely. It also reduces the tracked litter by a lot. The motion sensor light is not working well though.

Overall I really love this enclosure and so do my cats! The only thing I would recommend is that you use power tools to put this together. The Allen wrench that comes with it ain’t gonna cut it.

Product was great and easy to assemble it has a tad wobble but i just need to tighten the bottom piece . I deff recommend it’s great quality so far my cat hasn’t used it but he takes a while to warm up to things. I would recommend to anyone wanting a nice way to hid the cats litter box. The light is also nice when cleaning the litter box out

I like this piece, and more importantly, my cats do!It was relatively easy to assemble, and I'm not particularly good at that. My only comment is that it is difficult for a large, long hair cat to maneuver around in it. I keep one door slightly open to hive her a bit more space. Bonus is the surface on too was perfect to hold their cat cave.

Cute & functional.It looks like a regular piece of furniture so it easily fits into a room in a discrete way, looks good too. It does not hide odors but at least you don't have to look at the litter!It was easy to assemble, parts were all there and they all lined up correctly. You will need a smallish box to fit in the cabinet, and if your cat misses it can soak into the cabinet, but otherwise no complaints! I cut a mat from the dollar store to line the bottom of the cabinet and the walkway into it. I also did not use the light, really unnecessary as cats are nocturnal and can see purr-fectly fine without it lol. I left the doors open for the first day, then closed one door, then both. Both cats adjusted just fine to the enclosed cabinet.I'm so happy I splurged a little and bought this!

It took a bit of time for two of us to assemble but once together it’s sturdy, and pretty cute! New cat likes it too! It’s in our bedroom for now, he used it and the light went on - not sure if we’ll keep the light activated while in the room but it’s a neat feature.

The cabinet is nice enough. But the light doesn't stay stuck (it's magnetic) and our light was broken from day 1. It never worked properly as a motion detector, only lasted half a day before charging, flickered at random times and would not turn off when it was charging. It stopped working completely after a couple of weeks.Large size, for one litter box. Would not fit 2 unless you have a really small litter box. Neat idea.
