This product has a good quality, easy to assemble and it is a lots of fun.
I order 3 e-bikes VIVI S3 on December 17th, and as PRIME customer I saw during the order process that items had delivery guarantee by Dec 22nd or Dec 23rd before Christmas, because they were going to be for my kids, Leo and Izzy, the third one for myself, as Christmas gifts so we could enjoy around during the holidays. I was charged on Dec 19th, and the AMAZON invoice shows shipped Dec 19th 2022. But no activity on tracking number until December 22nd and an update on tracking stating delivery for Dec 27th 2022. I was really upset and I called AMAZON customer service, and throw my frustration and disappointment on them. I asked the customer service person, what should I tell my kids on Christmas day? The associate suggested me to show the invoice to them and explain it will have a delay. I asked do you have kids? The answer was no.I was really upset because I am paying monthly as PRIME customer and I realized it does mean nothing, I am just throwing Money away. The VIVI customer support reached to me and apologize. The truth is if I knew that was going to be 10 days for delivery I was not going to buy. To me seems there is a disconnect in between the sales model of Amazon when involve what they call third parties. You buy on AMAZON, you are a paying Prime customer, but when a problem happens, they say you need to contact the third party, that is really frustrating. My plans with my kids over Christmas went to the drain.Because of this, I cancelled my PRIME membership I see no point on throwing Money away.Today is Dec 27th and received the 3 VIVI S3 electric bikes and I am going to review it fairly:• The packaging was excellent and the equipment was well put together and protect well.• The box says tools not included, but it comes with a handy small tool kit, that was nice.• The bikes seem well build and shows good quality.• The assemble process is very easy like a regular bike, like 30 minutes.• I did assemble the 3 e-bikes VIVI S3 Today.• Lights working• Horn working• The bike shift very smooth in bicycle mode all 21 gears flowless no adjustment needed.• The plus up shift is so cool.• Working on electric assist mode is so much fun.• Working on full electric mode is even more fun.• At night the light is helpful and bright.• The front shocks they really absorb the bumps on the road.I had an issue with only one bike, the front caliper was not working. But was not a big deal, I disassemble the caliper and I saw that the spring had snapped from the guide hole. I remove the brake pads, I reposition the cylinder of the caliper, reconnect the spring to the whole, reassemble the caliber by giving a little pressure into the spring prior tie the bolt of the caliper. So, moving the arm I could see cylinder applying pressure, so I put it back on the bike. The 3 bikes working perfectly on assist and full electric mode, and as a regular bicycle.I am really impressed with the VIVI S3 e-bike, this thing is fun.I had my kids over Christmas and my ex-wife over New Year, but Today she was kind enough to bring the kids back for them to see their Christmas gift and try for a little bit at least. The result was fantastic, they just loved it:Izzy: full electric (she is a feather) and we customize with an Italian seat.Leo: full electric and assist mode and we customize with speedometer.Myself: assist mode is a breeze.I am impressed with this bike. I want bike all the time now.

Continuous Review Over Time - Idea from reviewer Ryan
I just bought this bike recently. I'll keep editing it to keep you posted on any changes to the bike's durability.Aug 17, 2022The assembly process was standard like any bike. It took me around 30min - 1 hour to fully assemble.I purchased this bike because I needed a cheap folding and electric bike for college that could take me up hills, through slight nature trails, and urban downtown areas. I'll update this review next month to keep you posted on how it performs during my time at college when I move in. I gave it a ride earlier around my neighborhood and the performance was surprisingly good. I am 6'1 roughly 170lbs and the bike fits me perfectly (The seat allows you to adjust even higher as well). As a first-time e-bike owner, I was impressed at how fast and effortless the riding was. Even on low PAS, the bike was still pretty fast. There was definitely a definitive difference between no PAS and low PAS. You can use the throttle without pedaling and the speed you can get with it is surprisingly good. On medium and high PAS it does not even feel like you are pedaling anymore. The suspension on the bike is not an absolute elite tier like $1.5k+ bikes, but you can expect it to get the job done. So far I have ridden over tree stumps and road curbs and I can most definitely say that it does the job. My only negative takeaway from this bike so far is the seat. However, coming from this price point you can expect much, it's a good bargain nonetheless. I will likely buy a seat replacement and swap out the old one.Sept 29, 2022I've gone through a couple of weeks of college. I am thoroughly surprised by the bike's performance. My campus has some incredibly ridiculous hills at UC Santa Cruz and I was able to bike them on high PAS with EXTREME ease. I also had classmates who didn't believe me when I said the bike was a mountain, electric, and foldable for only 600$. So far nothing is wrong with the bike's durability, but update this comment if anything changes. I'm in the honeymoon phase with this bike at the moment lol. I hope the durability keeps up for years on end. Strongly recommend this bike to anyone reading this if you want something budget, foldable, and electric. I'll let you know if anything changes. Happy shopping :)Oct 30, 2022I have been riding my bike around a lot on campus up some super steep hills, and so far, this bike is living up to the billing. No major problems whatsoever, and I'm loving every aspect of the bike at the moment. Considering I'm only paying around $600 for a folding, electric, mountain bike. I would say that this bike is good for first-time e-bike owners that want to get their feet wet. However, do not expect to pimp out this bike and use it to go trail riding while hauling a super large compartment. I cannot completely say that I have tested this bike to the limit in that aspect, but in reality, you should only be using the bike for its intended purposes which is a bike that is ridden by one person within the height and weight limit. The extent of my travels with this bike has included: steep incline and decline hills (road/pavement), and light nature trails (nothing too extensive). If you are on the edge of considering whether to buy this bike or not, I would recommend that you buy it. Most of the reviews that you will see will say that this bike stopped working after the first few weeks, but if you read closer into their reviews, you'll see that the majority of the people who complain about the bike have pimped out their bike to the max by modifying parts like adding a hauling compartment. I've had no issues so far with my experience, and I hope it continues to stay that way long into the future, but I know to ensure this, I also must maintain the bike and take care of it also.I will come back to edit this review in roughly five months (or if I have any alarming defects). Take care and happy shopping.
