I was surprised - this Double Shoulder Brace has a tight fit and holds everything in place
I've been trying well over a dozen different shoulder braces - from single shoulder models, to a few double shoulder versions. And of those 12, I'd say that around 5 of them are really nice and suitable for my shoulders. This includes fit items such as how the brace hugs the shoulders, the tightness of the shoulder arms, and the comfort of the straps.I ordered this particular Double Shoulder Brace because it lacked straps. With the other two dual shoulder braces that I ordered, the thin, scratchy feeling straps irritated both of my underarms - so much so that at the end of a wearing period, my underarms looked like they had a severe rash.I ordered this particular model, more out of curiosity. I weigh 180 and am 5'8" - so I ordered the large, assuming at first that the large sized model might be a bit too large. However, quite to the contrary, the large model has a tight fit to be sure. I wear it mostly in a gym environment because after having worked out for 56 years (in the Marine Corps and other locales), I no longer have rotator cuffs in both arms, so having good shoulder support is essential for me.This double shoulder brace stays put, once you've made the adjustment to the angles of the shoulder/arms on both sides. In fact, I now prefer this one to all the others that I've tried. What's so nice is that the brace doesn't ride up or become loose - it stays put, and I love that. Doing various exercises and using different weight machines were no problem at all with this brace - it fit just the way I've always wanted. Now do be advised, that depending on your age (I'm 75), it is not as easy to get this thing on both shoulders unless you are a younger age. As we age, most (but not necessarily all) tend to stiffen up a bit, and I know that for me, I had to lay the dual shoulder brace on the bed while bending backwards and getting my harms simultaneously through both the arm slots (kind of like putting on a jacket). Standing up, while doing this, would have been impossible. And when it comes to taking this brace off, most of you will require another person to help with its removal - I most certainly did.Again, I'm not a large person and the large size fits very snugly, so keep your sizes in mind, and you may want to order a size larger just to be safe. I just ordered another one (as of this writing) as a back-up, so that tells you how much I like this dual shoulder brace. For its ridiculously low price, and for how it supports (I'm talking for me, that is), I'm giving it 5 stars.

6’ 190lbs male doesn’t work
I am 6’ 190lbs and the large had the perfect shoulder width to help pull my shoulders back. I don’t work out and don’t have thick arms. It was quickly squeezing my up arms so hard that it hurt and I cut the bicep portion. Some relief but then I realized the stitch around the armpit was also way to tight and hurting. I can’t return because I cut it. It definitely does not fit my body type.

No adjusting.
Fits my body perfectly. Love that I don't have to adjust anything. I use it to play pickleball.

size is off too large and terrible smell out of the bag
one star off for sizing mismatch. Sizes listed on the site was bit too large despite my meeting it. maybe could have gone size lower, might have helped with a tighter fit. one star off for the terrible smell out of bag. terrible plastic smell only reduced by 2 washings. meh.

It's OK, but it can definitely be better
I recently ordered a shoulder brace, with heat and massage. I don't think there's any way to successfully execute massage in such a product, but I ordered it for the heat pad. The heat was OK, but I didn't like the 'across-the-chest' strap so I tried out this 'brace'.Does this product 'brace' or support? Well, no. I wish it does. I like the material, but I think this product would benefit by being made with a second material. The arm and should parts are fine, but the center section stretches over time and it loses any bracing properties it may have.Does it warm? Surprisingly, yes. obviously, it only warms up to your body temperature not including heat losses though its breathe-ability. Don't expect active-heating performance, which would be nice.Is it breathable? Yes and no. Yes, otherwise you would drip sweat after wearing it for a few hours or maybe shorter. No, because you are moist after taking the product off. If it was 100% breathable, it would also not provide heat. So, let's just say, it is 50% breathable. The shoulder-to-shoulder idea is pretty cool. I figured it was LIKE wearing a shirt, but obviously a bit different. Honestly, after wearing it for a few hours, at times you don't even notice it. This idea, I still like, but this execution could be better.I should have washed it before trying it, but I was excited to try it. I think it was probably one of the good mistakes because I have a feeling the material would get softer after a wash. The smell isn't as bad as most reviewers make it out to be. I did take a whiff, and yes, there is an odor, but it's not so bad that you have to run for the rubbish bin.I think the middle section should be made from a stiffer material. I did wear this for about 8 hours. Later on, I wanted more support and reached up to see if I could pull the middle section down, or do something to get more support. The material had loosened up and there was no pulling or stretching to get more support from the product. So, the product ended up being similar to a compression shirt, but only for the shoulders. If the middle section was more stiff, it would probably provide the support this product claims to provide. I've even had thoughts of sewing it shorter, but then the seam may make the product less comfortable, so basically, it's not really a great product.Shame on me that I did not follow the sizing chart. I normally wear a large size so I ordered a large. However, according to the size chart, I should have ordered a XL. I workout and people have told me I have a big back and shoulders, but I have never measured my back. With that being said, the large was already loose on me, so by order-size, I should have ordered a medium, which seems wrong. However, the shoulders seem to fit (like a compression shirt) well, so large was the best fit for me. XL would not have provided any benefit for me.So, in the end, you can't rely on the sizing chart. Some people may be smaller but heavier or smaller and bulkier, any combination of body-type and size, so this product will work or not work for each person. To the seller, this is probably one major reason why this product has a "frequently returned item" status. If I was an emotional I-rate reviewer, I would give this a 1-star or a "I wish I could give it a zero". I think 2-stars is fair because it still provides some heating effect, but I think for best results, this should be worn for about an hour or so, until it gets up to temperature and you lose the heating effect. I also like the compression effect, but that's mostly placebo, since compression won't help the healing process. Support will but this product does not provide any support.

It helped me and I have serious pain
I was using single shoulder braces with straps. They work also. This double brace with no straps, however, was less intrusive and gave me the pressure on around the joint that was sufficient to immediately notice less pain. Sometimes the strap single shoulder units would be too much pressure and the strap around the bicep would creep up. I was surprised how much this double with no strap helped. I have acute pain, and this definitely helped and was easier to wear; much less annoying than the strapped units. Also, this helps a bit with posture, which is a cause of shoulder problems. It did not smell as some people complain. The only issue is a slight sewing problem on one side where the edge has too much fabric and rises up from the front of my shoulder. Does not seem to affect pain relief. Easier to sleep in. If you have pain like I do you will need someone to help you get it on and off, but once it's on it is very comfortable
