Q: How do you get it to stand up? It has arrived flat

When you put the headband onto the fascinator, ( you do this by threading the headband through the black satin oblong you will see on the underside of the piece). then just tease the mesh ribbon into an attractive bow, mine arrived a bit crushed too. But by putting my fingers between each loop of the bow and gently arranging it so the bow looks fuller. When you put the fascinator on, you will find it looks really good. The band is navy but the rest is how it looks in the picture, navy but not a deep navy. Its very nice and good price too.
