I use this as my toner
I don't know how many years I've been using L'occitane's Immortelle Essential water. It has done wonders for my skin and I'm I skin care junky. I'm not even sure if it's a toner but I use it after I wash my face and before any serum or moisturizer. When I travel, I put it in a little spray bottle for a "pick me up" mist on the face. Nothing harsh, just refreshing and tones my skin. Leaves me feeling hydrated and smooth.
