After having my duvets for about a year , I just want to come back here and say they are absolutely amazing! I actually treated myself with some real linen “bed threads“ brand duvet and sheet set and honestly, the quality was not impressive to me at all. I spent $280 on that duvet and sheet set and the duvet that I got here on Amazon is 100 times better… In fact I took my expensive duvet off to put this white one back on… And I’m in absolute love with it. At first it was a little scratchy and then they replaced it with a softer duvet and after a couple of washes the white one got softer… I will be buying these again for sure! So I just wanted to reiterate how awesome these duvet covers are. I love that the zip and the ties are actually really easy to use. Way better than bed threads. So it’s not always about how much you’re spending equates to quality… It does not!Customer service is everything, My first duvet was scratchy and after leaving a mediocre review, the company contacted me and wanted to send me another. They didn’t really need to do that, but they did. That speaks volumes to me. These are people who literally care if you’re happy or not. My new duvet arrived today and it’s just lovely! Soft and the color (sage) is so pretty! Super happy customer here! I highly recommend! Amazing customer service and communication! 10/10 for me! You need the actual duvet which is the comforter that goes inside this duvet cover. It protects the duvet which is usually pretty pricy if you’re getting a down comforter (duvet)! The reason some of you are getting a “thin sheet” is that yes, it’s a thin sheet that zips and goes over the comforter. Called a duvet. You need both.Let’s recap...Duvet = thick comforter. Usually down.Duvet cover = thin sheet (like a pillowcase) that goes over the duvet to keep is clean.You need both.

I really like the durability of this duvet. I have two cats that use their claws to climb/ jump on the bed. So far no rips or fares. I like the pretty pattern of the duvet. And it's really really soft not scratchy. I'm really glad I purchased this duvet.

I compared a bunch of duvets before selecting this one. It's a little more pricey than many others but it's 100% cotton, all natural, comes in great colors & fits well. We're using waaay to much plastic and polymers in our day to day products, all over the world. ? I have the option of buying a natural vs synthetic, I go for natural every time. This duvet is excellent quality, well made. It's soft and warm, fits our down comforter perfectly. For those that think this is a comforter, it is not- it's a duvet or a "cover" for a down comforter that must be purchased separately. Despite the added cost of buying both a duvet AND a comforter, I prefer it to just a regular comforter. Here's why: when it's time to wash, it's so much easier to just wash the cover vs having to go to a laundry mat to find a machine big enough to stuff a whole bulky comforter into. I suggest that it's air dried though, as cotton will shrink quite a bit when placed in the heat of a dryer.Definitely recommend it! You won't be disappointed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am truly at a loss as to how this product has so many positive reviews. I barely took the cover out of the bag because it was IMMEDIATELY clear that the quality of the fabric was horrible. It was like a cheap piece of fabric that you buy straight off the roll at the fabric shop and just sew in a zipper. Completely unhappy with the feel (starchy) and texture (scratchy) of the bedding. Returned immediately for a refund. Not sure how on Earth any one with any sense of know-how could possibly like or enjoy having this on their bed....***UPDATE*** The customer service for this company is excellent. They reached out to me to discuss my negative review and see how they could fix the situation... and did not stop until they knew I was happy. They sent me their white pompom sheet set (polyester) and it is high quality, soft, and beautiful. As they explained, this duvet cover is cotton and needs to be washed prior to use, eventually becoming softer over time. The fact they were persistent in ensuring I was happy demonstrates care towards the products they put out in the market.

Color is perfect but the texture is awful. It’s so rough even after washing it once hoping it would soften. It’s also way too small to share with another person in a queen bed. I’m returning and finding a king size of better/softer quality.

This is the best duvet I’ve bought on Amazon. True to size, not melting(lol) after washing and looking beautifully warm in the bedroom.Grown in Europe I found flat sheets fiddle-faddle and not very “flat” by the morning. Duvet sheets are definitely the winners!

I decided to buy a different duvet set in the end, but updating my review to reflect the positive customer service experience I had.—- ORIGINAL REVIEW —-I ordered this duvet cover set in ivory last year and really liked it. When I moved to a new apartment recently, I ordered the same set and color. Unfortunately I received a different product the second time around, which I was really disappointed by. The original fabric felt much sturdier and had a nice cream tone. The new duvet cover set I received was very thin/flimsy and has a yellow-ish tint. Will be returning.
