Well-made and as advertised
I used it as the exit side of a thru wall hole made to vent a portable a/c unit.

Low profile, heavy duty screen, excellent assembly
The low profile, and generous outer diameter, solved my water leak problem (caused by idiot builder). Well made.

Looks Good
The product is lightweight and easy to install. The body has a thick metal plate at the back, while the front is thinner. Despite being advertised as stainless steel, it appears to be iron when I tested it with a magnet.However, the color coating is impressive and looks great. It comes with two standard white screws for installation. I used it on my garage exhaust fan, and it gives a nice appearance.

Fits and works perfectly
After having to replace several of the square flip up vents because they broke for one reason or another, I decided to go old school with a single piece vent. It fit perfectly in the hole and works as expected. I did not fasten it to my wall because It was recently stucco'd and I'm still waiting for them to finish the color coat. For now, it fits snugly against the wall and keeps the debris for entering the vent. Vey pleased with this simple unit.

2” opening, not 3”
The actual opening is just a bit over 2”, not even close to 3”.The photo is also wrong. The actual product has a wide rim, not a narrow one, and the sides aren’t as straight as shown. They bell curve in and restrict the airflow.Going from 3” down to 2” reduces the area by more than half. Not ok. Back it goes.
