Outdoor Kennel
When I first received the outdoor kennel in two boxes I thought to myself....this wont be easy and I wasn't wrong. What makes this kennel difficult is the many pieces and incomplete instructions. BUT I am obligated by morals to be honest and give it the 5 star review I'm leaving. Customer service was BEYOND HELPFUL and helped anytime we got stuck. The instructions don't tell you to add a washer on every screw and it doesn't explain or show that each bracket is double sided but a little common sense goes a long way. I'll tell you right now, the corners was the absolute hardest to figure out but after reaching out to the seller, he/she sent me a picture that isn't in the instruction booklet which helped finish it. 5 STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, QUALITY AND PRICE. Instructions need an update but overall, impressive, great price, quality. Instructions booklet gets a 3 but considering that the seller helped all the way its definitely a 5!I added the pictures the seller sent me which are not included in the booklet and should be.

HORRIBLE DIRECTIONS
#1 Absolutely HORRIBLE DIRECTIONS ! Where it tells u 48 brackets it doesn't state to you that you need to put one bracket on the inside and one on the outside of the top and bottom frame and around the door and back middle ... and just not tighten them down instead it had you put one side of the brackets on then add the fencing .. so u have to take all the washers and nuts that u hand tightened back off one by one by one (HUGE PAIN IN THE BUTT!) They also don't tell you anywhere that you even use any washers anywhere! Yet there's a huge bag of them.#5 when you assemble the frame and attach the pieces you use to hold it together DOUBLE THEM UP ONE INSIDE and ONE OUTSIDE Of each pole ... because the DIRECTIONS also FAIL to tell you THAT! And if you don't do it and you follow the directions you will have a completely assembled flimsy pos and YOU WILL BE TAKING IT COMPLETELY APART AND PUTTING IT ALL BACK TOGETHER AFTER you realize you have way to many PARTS LEFT OVER!#2 Parts came with RUST on them n PAINT scraped off!#3 Major design flaws side poles n all other poles do not set flush inside pieces you use to put the frame together for the bottom and top (making it very flimsy) the drill holes need to be in a much lower location for this design to be more stable! Hold onto the poles for dear life because if u let go the attachment pieces are so cheaply made that the bend right over and it all falls to the ground (your need TWO PEOPLE to hold EACH SIDE)#4 drilled holes do not line up with roof bracket ends making the structure holding the roof canopy flimsy because the do not rest flush#5 Mine had missing brackets to assemble fencing#6 PARTS PARTS AND MORE PARTS there needs to be a simpler more direct way of putting this together! Like being told to install all the brackets to the poles !#6 I'm 5 foot 10 and the top rails set on my head so it is NOT SIX FOOT INSIDE

My two cents
The wife wanted a better looking kennel than the chain link fence so we got this one. Took 6 hours to build mainly due to the 10,000 nuts and bolts involved with this design. Highly recommend 2 installers to get on both sides and use a regular wrench instead of the flat one it comes with. The tarp is really nice. The tube frame and chain link is way easier to assemble than this one, but all the connections to the fence are solid. If you find the corner holes don't line up, disassemble the bottom and reorient the post and reassemble, it's kind of tricky. This is Not galvanized steel. The door is not good but works. I used zip ties at the top corner of the hinge to keep the door from scraping the door. Sadly I must admit it does look better than a chain link kennel. Would I buy it again, no, unless my wife makes me again. She is happy so everyone is happy

Horrible instructions but decent cage.
First off the instructions are junk. They don't mention that you'll need two of every bracket for each mounting points. The order by which they say could be better. Like mounting the screen hardware for the bottom First.I made a wooden frame for mine out of 2"x4"x10' pressure treated lumber with metal straps. Then I drilled a 1/4" hole in the center of each bottom tube and used 1/4"×2" lag bolts to keep the frame "square". If you have a battery operated drill use it to tighten the Allen screws. Either find a m5 Allen bit or cut off the short end of one of the two Allen keys provided. Use a 7/16 socket oŕ wrench instead of the crap provided. This cage is not to bad but not great. Read the instructions thoroughly before you start. We also had to put hog panels under the frame because Buddy likes to dig and having the 2x4 frame was perfect for this.
