This is ridiculous!!! Stress, phone relay, circles I'M DIZZY OMG!! HOW HARD IS IT TO GIVE CONTACT INFO ABOUT A CHANDELIER FROM TOCHIC ITS LIKE PULLING A IMPACTED CURVED ROOT WISDOM TOOTH WITH A CRAZY TONGUE. I Need couple replacement shades . Can anyone help me?
