I really like this mount. I had the bulbhead ball type magnet for years. Then I started charging my phone wirelessly, and realized I couldn’t do that unless I removed anything keeping my phone from laying flat on charger pad. I tried another magnetic mount which had the little round plate that had to be stuck to the back of my phone/case. That held great too. Only problem was that I mounted the metal plate more towards the bottom of my phone so I could put it on car holder and still use a wireless charger. As strong as this second mount was, my phone would eventually spin because the part on the back of my phone was not meant to be placed as low as I had it, and gravity took over.This newest mount meets all of my criteria!- It was shipped promptly, packaged great- instructions are clear- I can bend and spin my phone into any position I want. This base not only hinges for up and down movement, IT SPINS TOO!- there is a nice quality feel to the product.- super STRONG hold to my phone without adding anything extra to my case or phone.I already have a MagSafe case with the circle on the back and this holds just as strong as previous mounts purchased. I’m confident that my iphone 14pro will NOT fall off this holder.The box also included 1 black and 1 white adhesive ring - just in case I didn’t already have the type of case with the circle on the back (mag safe case). I gave these to my kids so they can use it when driving my car. There were directions, and extra adhesive as well as clear plastic circles which I believe are needed in case the back of the phone or case are glass and you want to put these on the back of your phone prior to sticking the black or white ring onto it.Any cons may be that it is a little more money than I like to spend on a phone holder, but again worth it. Also, the first time I applied the holder to my dash, I followed instructions and cleaned the dash with included wipes 1 and 2, and I left the mount there undisturbed for 24hrs. And it fell off when I put my phone on it. Then I tried the second (extra) adhesive that was included with my purchase, and it worked perfectly!The price is worth it, and the adhesive hiccup could be due to warehouse conditions or temps while in transit, so therefore beyond anyone’s control. Why complain when they sent an additional adhesive circle with the product??I confidently recommend and I’m buying another for my husband’s car.

The arm is so strong and stiff at first that I was unsure if it would move at all once I had it place where I wanted it to stay. I let it dry for the 24 hours as suggested and I’m so thankful that I did. I am able to move my phone from left to right up and down and tilt it at different angles while it’s in the position that I first put it in. my phone doesn’t move at all when I hit bumps on the road. I don’t have to worry about it falling off. The magnet is so very strong. I feel like it could hold 10 of my phones with no problem. Make sure you clean the dust and debris off of the area You’re putting this before you ready the sticky part and you will be good to go. Don’t hesitate. Buy this. I’m never going back to one of those stupid vent clips again.

The quality of the mount is very good, it adheres well to the dashboard and it holds my iPhone 14 max without sagging. The one problem I have, which is pretty significant, is that the base swivels while you are driving so you constantly have to reposition it so you can see your phone. There doesn’t seem to be any adjustment or way of tightening it. Others reviewers are reporting similar issues.For those who say it doesn’t stick, you have to clean the area well with rubbing alcohol to make sure the dash is very clean. Also make sure you adhere it to a flat surface. Lastly, do not attach the phone to it for 24 hours so it can cure and adhere properly. I attached my iPhone 14 pro max with a spiegen plastic cover on it and it holds with zero issues.Update: seller offered a full refund, which I wasn’t seeking, just wanted a working replacement.Second update: I bought a second one because the quality really is very good. This second one doesn’t have the issue with swiveling that I had with the first. Seller has also been extremely responsive.

this is my second purchase of this item. It is a solid build with a multiple position click feature that took me a year of abuse mounted in the direct sun on my car dashboard and constant clicking the rotating feature before it was time for a new one. The old one still works but I couldnt wait until it finally died to get a fresh one. The old one has it's well earned place on my desk until who knows. Great product and AA++ seller

So small caveat I didn’t have a place to put this in my car so I used it instead as a stand for my phone and it’s perfect.It feels extremely sturdy and the magnet is really able to hold the phone in any position.Unfortunately, I won’t know how sturdy it will be in a rocking car but the stickiness of the bottom really keeps it place as I’ve been trying test how much force I can use

Pleased with the overall experience and the new product.Original review:I loved the minimal design and how strong and precise the magnet worked on my iPhone 14 Pro. After careful consideration of where to place it on my dashboard, I found a great spot with the perfect angle and perfect straight surface for the sticky nano-tape to be flat to assure proper adherence.After a few days of very little use the joints in the stand’s arm construction, as well as rotation of the base, got so loose, that it moves all over the place.I don’t know if it’s a design flaw or if it is simply incapable of holding a heavy phone in one a fixed position, but it bends and slides around uncontrollably now.So, for me it’s pretty much a waste of money and I never thought I’d miss my old bulky clamp style phone holder I ripped off my dash to install this one.
