Lincolnshire Premium Pork Sausage Seasoning - 250g (makes a 10kg Batch)

I don't have the need to make a 10kg batch so I make it into 10 1kg batches, and I only make up another batch once one is gone to keep them fresh, and make them into patties which I can then either have the patties in a burger bun or just on a plate with Eggs and bacon, the kids prefer them this way, I also brought some pinhead rusk to use as a binding agent which I use at between a 5 to 10 % ratio to the amount of meatWorth trying it out for the BBQ in the summer, I would definitely recommend this seasoning 5 stars

As we live in the Canary Islands our local butcher does not understand english sausages. Delivery was prompt and the seasoning mix was well packed and vacuum sealed and came with instructions.we made up (with rusk) enough for 1 kilo of sausages and asked our butcher to supply the meat and make the sausages - they were good.The second batch we made up with some extra herbs (about 10%) and we found the sausages even tastier.We keep the mix in a sealed container and it keeps well. would highly recomend Tongmaster Lincolnshire seasoning for anyone who has trouble buying good english sausages or as a starting mix for your own flavoring.

I find using just two dessertspoons for a kilo of meat is sufficient for our tastes, but it is very nice, however I think to use more would be over-facing, but that is a personal opinion. This company are very nice to deal with.

The first try with this seasoning mix I put in too much, so be careful weighing the stuff out, BUT once I got that right I have been amazed how tasty and succulent the sausages were. A single pack goes a long way, worth every penny.Instructions on the side of the pack for beginning like me. Fast delivery, a pack had a small hole which leaked some of the mix out, Tongmaster replaced it by return.I'm going to try the other mixes when I've eaten all the sausages from this one, might be a while

Speedily delivered and produces a tasty end product. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is the quantity within the recipe is for when I want to open a butchers shop and not really home use, but once my maths had been done, a very good product.

very nice would and will buy again make sure you read instructions as i put to much in my mix and it was to strong i only used half next time and i t was nice

Salt with herbs and spices, but also a bunch of preservatives and totally unnecessary junk, would not have bought if that had been stated

I still added my fresh sage but the seasoning is good
