Quality
I’m giving this product 5 stars without even putting it together. I took a couple pieces out of this beautifully packaged item, and it feels very good/heavy quality material. The paint feels very nice 10/10 on quality which is hard to find these days!

Love!!!
I absolutely love LOVE LOVE this faucet!! It looks beautiful behind the tub, very simple but in an elegant way. Not at all mad at the removable hand held adjustable faucet head either. I female definitely designed this. Highly recommend.

Low Water Pressure
After installing, water pressure out of the faucet was incredibly low making it unusable. I spent weeks trying to figure out what was causing it including having a professional plumber come take a look who stated the issue was the faucet itself which would need to be replaced. By the time this happened, it was past the 30 day return window so I guess I am just out the cost. I tried to find a contact to reach out to them, but they don't have a website or contact info.
