The reason I bought this particular pom was because it was marketed as real Raccoon Fur. After receiving it, the tag attached says 100% acrylic. However, I did still leave 5 starts because it looks and feels real, is a good size, and still fits my needs. I'm just bummed it's not real.

These poms are beautiful. I had to put on a strong snap to add to my hat as I live in the Pacific Northwest and rain will do these poms no favors. That said they are super for adding some fun and style to a beanie.

Perfect color. Large fluffy and genuine fur. I will be buying more. I bought from another company that provides an extra set of snaps, that would have been nice from this seller as well. 🤷I will be buying more for my hats.

I like the product I had trouble with the snap, does not stay closed. I sewed on a ribbon to secure it. Put is very pretty and fluffy.

understandable, this is real fur. It's thin, maybe I should have gone with an acrylic pompom. I think it will definitely thin out more as time goes. Will be very careful storing it in the warm summer months. Don't want it to get wet... but with it snowing, just have to be sure to air dry it well. ie: don't throw it in a pile of other toques! ;) soaked from the outdoors. It is pretty... but not sure how durable it will be.

My order came fast and ahead of schedule. For the most part it looks exactly like the picture. It clips perfectly into my existing hat. You have to fluff it out to get it to full size. I wish it was just a bit larger as it’s slightly smaller than I expected. Otherwise I gave it 4 stars.

When I received my purchase, I mistakenly thought that the other half of the snap was missing. They instantly sent me a replacement. I realized my mistake and they were very gracious about it. Incredible customer service, thank you! The other half of the snap is fastened to the half that is attached to the pom. The piece of plastic separates the 2 pieces.
