Not good, shows weak signal with red light blinking always. The product is not working, Tried for return and replacement but option is not there. I should have purchased directly from Jio instead of Amazon.

Plese send the latest version of the product
I received the product manufactured and imported in 2022. The battery was not working, and I have to take it to the service center for fixing it. I understand that the software had some problem. I have to visit the service center twice on the next day of the purchase of this product. The product is good, but it appears that I received the old version of the same. Hence it created inconvenience to me.

Bogus product
Hopeless . I bought it 0n 26th May .ITt was delivered to me on 1st of June. Today is 27th of June and it is not working. My husband took it to JIO shop , they told that the product was made in 2017 and its battery is expired. this prduct is second hand. It's really a cheat from the vendor. We are really shocked. The product is worthless for us in one month's time. please do the needful.

Good product
Very good product. Battery drains in 6-7 hours of continuous usage.

Not bad
I found this Jio M2 dongle to be average in performance. It works but does not consistently meet my expectations in terms of speed and connectivity stability. While it serves basic internet needs, I faced occasional drops and slower speeds compared to other devices. The build quality is decent but nothing exceptional. Overall, it’s an okay device if you need a budget option, but I would suggest considering alternatives if you want more reliable performance.

A scam
Beware of the scam. I bought the product on March 1, 2025 and now the battery was swollen. When I went to the jio centre to get it replaced they showed me the product was resold to me and was actually registered against some other person's name who bought it in 2017. Hence, I was not eligible to take the warranty.
