I really like this bag, it's roomy, cute, and the material seems pretty nice. That being said, I did notice a few things that weren't great (reasons for star removal). 1) the inside material is very crackly and loud, however after several days use the sound lessened. 2) Upon arrival, all the zippers were off the track, but after zipping and unzipping they worked themselves out. Hopefully this isn't an indication of future problems. 3) There is wrinkle in the material on the back of the purse that hasn't him away. So, not serious problems. Would recommend this purse for the price.

It's cute. Smaller than I though it would be, but that's okay, I needed to downsize. Added a picture for scale. Gave it 4 stars because of how the company packages it gives it an ugly crease and since this purse is not leather, the crease isn't going anywhere.

I am SO DISAPPOINTED that this purse is falling apart so quickly. It seemed like the perfect purse at an incredibly good price point. It was the perfect pop of color for spring. The metal details were a bit cheap looking, but the clarity of the color and great design more than made up for this small flaw.Alas, after six weeks of light use, the straps are coming apart.I cannot find anyone to mend the straps and will have to toss out this great purse.The positives: gorgeous, clear sky blue color (just the same as the photo online), lightweight, nice security zipper on top with organized interior that makes it easy to retrieve things from the purse.The negative: the straps are coming apart after six weeks of light use.I have hardly been going out (still in COVID quarantine) so it's not like I've been using the purse a lot.

I've had constant problems with this purse. The first one I purchased the logo was messed up and looked cheap. They sent a replacement. On the replacement the little keychain literally ripped apart and dirty old dryer lint looking stuff fell out of it (within 3 days) I didn't care too much and just completely removed it.Now today, I was crossing the road and the whole shoulder strap ripped off of the bag. As shown in the photo. All I carry is some papers, pen, light wallet, and some medication and little odd and ends. The load in this bag is no more than 5 lbs at any time.I'd rate this 0 if I could.Terrible!Beware

Very disappointed by this purse. Very lightweight cheaply made

This is a decent little purse, just an average size...not the bag you want to schlep things around...more like a ladylike pocketbook. The color (red) is lovely. The fur trim is removable, as I'd hoped. My only issues with the bag are that upon opening, there is a strong chemical smell...I set it outside to air and that will likely take care of it...more importantly, it was shipped folded and while the front looks pristine, the back of the purse is indented and bent. After I air it out I am going to try stuffing it tightly with towels and leave it for a few days to see if it straightens out. It is usable as is, but the purse doesn't look new with all the bending in the back.

What do I love about this satchel let me count the ways the color is beautiful I love the light pink the satchel itself is beautifully sturdy stands up nice and straight and the best thing about it the best best best thing about it is the material inside is not that soft material where it falls in when you place items inside, the material is strong and sturdy and it stands up to whatever you put in there does not SAG down and crunch together beautiful, beautiful handbag I am very pleased and like I said the most important thing is the inside stands up the material stands up as well as the handbag does thank you very much Amazon

I love my new purse! It looks more expensive than it is and is a beautiful medium sized purse. It works well as a handbag, shoulder bag, or crossbody with detachable strap. It was delivered well packaged and undamaged. The only halfway negative thing I could even say about the bag is that the material inside the zipper pockets feels very cheap and has a “crackly” sound to it...almost like a cat toy..if that makes sense. That’s not even an issue for me though. This is a wonderful bag at a wonderful price. Would recommend.
