Ladies, if you are looking for a very gentle though efficient, easy to use make up remover, you are at the right place! I am one of these impossible to satisfy girl when I have to tell my opinion about eye make up and removers. However, I am very very very glad I found this precious product on the market! When I use this product to remove my mascara it feels like almost nothing at all is touching my eyes. Mascara easily goes away and my ayes feel absolutely the same as they were before I even touched them. That is almost amazing to me. I tried so many different kinds, and different brands (some were really pricey), but I never could say that it is perfect. There always were something to complain about: it would irritate my eyes, make them red, I would feel like I am loosing my vision (like everything around would seem blurry), and much more to it. Not anymore...I was ordering it from UK and it arrived in 3 weeks (I live in Alabama).I don't know why they don't sell it in USA (probably some governmental/legal reasons), but this is definitely not the right thing to do. The reason I say that is because not only a company would benefit from this humongous market, but also customers! The quality of the product is just great and price is pretty reasonable. I am also strongly convinced, that I am not the only one who would be so happy to see it on the US market. Sorry if too much words, its hard to be a woman and have a business mind at the same time :)

On a trip to Prague, I had my eye-makeup remover taken away at airport security due to the size of the bottle. Once in Prague I immediately hit the drug store, and picked up a bottle of Nivea. After 12 days of travel, I kept saying "this is the best eye makeup remover I have EVER used" and decided then and there that THIS was my brand from now own. Wonderful. Imagine my surprise when I began to look for my 2nd bottle, home in the USA, and it was NO WHERE to be found. Thank GOODNESS for Amazon and this vendor in England. It arrived in no time at all, for a very reasonable shipping price, and once again I AM HAPPY HAPPY!

I've always had trouble removing eye makeup. This product had great reviews so I was very disappointed when it didn't do the job. I used a cotton pad, saturated it and applied it lightly at first, and then harder. Absolutely nothing was removed. Ended up throwing away the bottle.

My normal go-to Nivea Double Effect Eye Make-Up Remover was out of stock when I needed to purchase a new bottle of eye makeup remover and I chose this as a replacement. It stings and doesn’t remove waterproof mascara or eye makeup as well as my normal Nivea one. Waste of money as this is being tossed and my normal one came back into stock and just arrived. Don’t bother with this one if you have sensitive eyes that burn, get yourself the wonderful bi-phase Nivea Double Effect Eye Make-Up Remover instead (also sold here kn Amazon).

Fantastic product! I'm stocking up because I worry Nivea will one day change their formula. Gets rid of your eye make-up and there is no irritation to the eyes and absolutely no greasy/oily feel on your eyeballs.

Disappointed that it is a liquid. I was expecting a cream.

I love all Nivea products so I love this makeup remiver as well. It works great and is very gentle. I do recommend it!
