Nice sign on how to save money.
Thin metal sign with grommet holes in the corners. Contains lots of information. I use it to choose how to buy larger cuts of meat to make into smaller cuts. That way I pay less per pound, since I'm being the butcher.

Not thrilled but not too upset…
The image is kinda out of focus and the top right corner is chipped. The actual metal is a bit bent up as well. I considered returning it but feel like the next one will be similarly defective.

Great chart
My only question is about the chart at the lower right of the chart showing key to recommended cooking methods purpose as there are no indicators on each cut of meat. Not sure why the suggestion keys then. Is there something missing I am not catching? Thanks
