I used these heads to make sleeping baby cupcakes. I iced the cupcakes and then placed the heads on one side of the top. Then I placed big marshmallows just below the neck. Then I placed a square piece of fondant over the neck and marshmallows so it looked like a sleeping baby was on top of the cupcakes. It was actually super easy. The heads are super cute and are a great size to use for bigger cupcakes.
