I highly recommend this product! I recently have got into not just surface level cleaning in my home but deep cleaning! Turns out that Washing Soda is the secret sauce! I use this as a booster in my laundry (I used to use borax but learned that only works with high temps, washing soda works with all temps!). I also use this in my own laundry detergent and soaking my sink grates! I have soaked towels and sheets in it and they come out looking like new! I have also used it as a concentrated paste for laundry stains (better than any other stain remover IMO). This is a non toxic, inexpensive, multi purpose product that I will always have on hand. I also have not been able to find this quantity for the price! Shipped quickly and was not leaking in the packaging (sometimes powdered items spill in shipment I have noticed and that was not the case with this product).

My water is so hard (even after going through a water softener appliance) that I typically refer to it as “limestone in liquid form,” so laundry can be very challenging for me.That said, this soda has been a great addition to my arsenal! It’s helped get my clothes cleaner every time I use it.We farm and ranch, so my spots and stains can be difficult to remove (oil, manure, etc), but Harris’s has really helped.I was surprised to need to use 1/2 cup in each load, though. I had been using Charlie’s Laundry Booster, which is used at a rate if only 1 tbsp per wash.I wish Amazon would give us a “cost per use” instead of “cost per ounce” so we could compare them more effectively.No problem with packaging!

Product is fine but packaging is horrible. The first bag I ordered was splitting at the seams and pouring all over the inside of the shipping box as well as out onto my front porch. Amazon issued a replacement, and wouldn’t you know it but the second bag did the exact same thing. There’s obviously a quality control issue with their packaging that needs to be sorted out. I will buy from a different brand next time because the mess was a pain to clean up.

Great product. Took a star away for shipping (not sure who is responsiblefor packaging)...product was packed and shipped in box with 4 other loose items, and due to the handling of the package (which frankly should be expected), soda bag split open at the seam and spilled all over the other products, including my table and floor...what a mess!
