Have it assembled professionally
The trike is quite useful for a leisurely ride around the neighborhood, or a trip to the local store.Plenty of speed, power, and battery life.Assembly is complicated, even for a bicycle professional. The tolerances of parts coming together are not precise, and some needed to be reworked, (metal fasteners as well). For a $1000 we had hoped for well written, easy to follow instructions, sadly that is not the case.We also hoped for parts that fit easy together, but the quality control from the manufacturer is sub par, leaving parts having to be grinded, heated, and reformed in order to fit together properly. We ended up having the trike professionally assembled which cost an additional $250.00.The disk brakes are undersized, especially when a person weighing 180 lbs or more is riding at close to or at top speed(s). Allow plenty of braking distance or ride at slower speed is our recommendation.

Love riding on this bike!
The manual to assemble it isn't the best imo; little information and photos so assembly was difficult even with help (needed to see a video on YouTube to finally have it properly assembled correctly). But outside of struggling with the manual, the bike itself is really good and has helped me get to places much faster as opposed to walking. The electric function really helps with boosts going uphill and coasting when you don't want to pedal the whole way. Bike itself also isn't too heavy for me to move in case I'm adjusting its position before chaining it up (and I'm a 4'11 tiny person with little muscle). The battery does come in a separate, smaller package than the bike, so don't be alarmed if you get one without the other first (the charger is packaged with the bike). It does let you know in the battery package to not allow the battery to get to hot or wet (definitely avoid leaving it out on the bike in hot weather like what we have here in Texas; I always bring the battery inside).Overall, I really enjoy having the bike!Note: The pics show it without the bike chain cover as my dumb self forgot misplaced a screw (which I later found so the cover is now where it needs to be).

Great!
I bought this bike for my 12 yr old daughter for Christmas and she loves it! Once the weather got better she took it out for a spin it's a smooth sturdy well handled bike. She especially love the seat it's wide and comfy.
