Easy to use, great starter unit

A great gift for the treasure hunter kiddos!
I got this metal detector for my son for Christmas and he loved it!!! He took it outside in the yard for over an hour looking for his “treasure”. He even took it to our community garden the next day and got asked by a lady to help her look for her lost wedding ring (he was really excited about this!). However, we then seemed to discover that the detector is very sensitive to metal in the surrounding areas and the “beep” can feel slightly off and delayed. We need to take it to the beach for more exploring! Overall a great value and very fun! We love the collapsing design and that it is lightweight!

User friendly
Was the perfect birthday gift for my now 9 year old! He absolutely loves it and wants to take it everywhere we go! Will be perfect for the summer at the campgrounds or even on the beach when we go boating!!!

Fun
The battery lasts a long time. Is very convenient to be able to fold this up. They kids had fun at the beach, but it didn't seem to be able to find metal through sand very well.
