A very nice, well-finished product.
This is a very nice, very well-finished product. Often these electrical box plates arrived banged up or with a very blotched finish, or stamped with service marks, model numbers, etc.This plate has a beautiful brushed finish that would look fine on its own--without a decorative plastic face-plate. Which is great, because often (e.g., in my basement and garage applications), we have no decorative plastic face-plates.Well done.

Works Fine, But Open Slot Only on One Side
This is a perfectly fine cover plate. My only issue is a matter of preference. This cover plate has a hole on one side and a slot on the other side, which means you have to remove the screw on the box completely to install it. I prefer the ones with slots on both sides. The bright side of this design is that you can swing the cover when opening it at a later date without it coming off. While nice, this is less desirable to me.

Great to blank of standard 4-plex junction boxes
I just had one of my rental houses rewired from an old knob and tube type setup. The electrician installed a several 4x4 junction boxes in the basement when he rewired the place and then forgot to put covers on them after the inspection. I called him and told him that I would just install them myself since he was on another job and I needed to close these up before renting the place. These cover plates are nicely machined galvanized steel and fit perfectly on the 4x4 J-boxes. Highly recommended.

4 x 4-Inch Cover Plates
These plates are made to cover electrical boxes, but I got them as backing plates. There are 4 quality galvanized plates in this order. I needed plates to back the electric sensor “eyes” on my gate and these were the right size. I did trim them to my exact size with a cut-off wheel, and drilled new screw holes where required. I could tell that the metal is good quality – took a while for the bit to go through. This is a handy set to have.
