Great Bands

I used the two stiffer bands on a trip. They enabled me to get a decent minimal workout in the hotel room. They look good and the stuff bag is convenient.

Worth it
I’m only on band 2 but it works so well i highly recommend this item The price is really good too. The only thing I didn’t like is the smallest band was not as good as the one above it the smallest one was to loose and I’m 5’6 and even when I wrapped my hand around it it still didn’t have enough tightness to it to work any muscles. The one after that is pretty good though so it kinda makes it worth the purchase.

Great for mobility exercises.
I recently injured my lower back. During PT/Rehab mobility exercises included a lot of resistance band work. I'm back to 99.9% of what I was before the injury. From here on out I'm including resistance bands in my daily workouts. So far the LEEKEY Resistance Bands are meeting my needs.

Long lasting and sturdy
I bought these on recommendation from my physical therapist to replace those cheap rubber bands they usually hand out. These are legit. Super well made and they seem like they will last forever. I use them daily and I love that the different resistances increase enough from each band to make it a considerable challenge, but not insurmountable. The muted green colors are also quite attractive.
