The packaging is excellent, heavy paper, with an interior lining and resealable top that keeps the cinnamon fresh and causes an explosion of scent each time I open it. I have been looking for a more user friendly shaker type container, however the product should be stored in an airtight dark container, so I’m happy using a long handle teaspoon and opening and resealing the container it was shipped in, enjoying the wonderful aroma each time until I chance on something perfect to transfer it to. I love that it has a fine powder consistency that I am able to stir into my mushroom coffee without any effort or lumping. It has a pure scent and flavor with a slight sweetness without the addition of any type of sweetener. The only ingredient is cinnamon zeylanicum, manufactured in the United States. Also the fact that it is USDA organic, non GMO, and gluten free makes it perfect to share with friends and family who have health concerns.
