This has a quality adhesive that didn't irritate the skin and stayed in place! I kept it on nearly 2 weeks and even ordinary friction of pulling garments on and off over the tape didn't make it lose its form ,shape, or adhesion. This is more affordable than KT tape too; which is great because I use half a box at once covering all the areas that need it! I use OK tape for Lymphedema. My physical therapist recommends taping to keep the lymph ducts open too prevent congestion of fluids and infection from settling in. So far the advice works in my case. I cut each strip into 3 sections leaving an anchor at the top and the Ok tape doesn't run or split as a result of that type of cutting technique. Just another reason it is #1 and most excellent in my opinion. My chiropractor also uses this brand for taping her patients . I was hooked after she helped me use the tape one week in session. For injury or for preventative medicine( like in my case), or for chronic conditions this brand is Fantastic! It also holds up well in showering. One week I showered with the aide of cast covers and another week without. The tape was wet without cast covers; but it dried off in time and none fell off! Very Impressive! Going back to stock up on more!

This tape is precut into strips which is super convenient and gives you even strips every time. The adhesive is gentle at first, so if you need to pick it back up and reposition, you can do that no problem without compromising long term staying power. Once you have the tape where you want it, rub it to activate the adhesive. I’ve worn my tape for two days at a time and it stays exactly in place. Great price and good quality.I used this for medial knee pain so far and it gave me significant relief in every day activities while I let the strain heal. An easy way to support and injury without wearing a compression sleeve or brace. This tape is so comfortable you forget it’s there!

It works great for what it is designed for. It had a bit too much adhesion for my liking for when i took it off after wearing it for the day say 6 hours it pulled my skin and left almost like burn marks that took a week to get rid of after applying moisturizer to it every day.

Works great for athletes! Stayed in place during a 5 hour tournament. The pre cut pull apart feature is very convenient. The price is great as well! This is our new go to for athletic tape.

I originally bought a different brand because I was becoming desperate from the pain and numbness in my hands. I couldn’t work or do my chores around the house. I couldn’t even relax. I used a YouTube video as a guide, and I was totally shocked by the instant relief. And my hands and forearms had felt so weak/fragile, but the tape made them feel so perfectly supported. It’s changed my life. I tried braces, but they never felt as supportive. They felt more restrictive, but my hands and arms still felt weak/fragile, for lack of a better word. I bought this brand because it was good price and I wanted black, and this brand is WAY better than the first brand I bought. This one actually stays on through showering, hand washing, and general chores. The other brand I bought always came off 70% during a shower. I’m ordering two more rolls now! If you have hand, wrist, or arm pain and/or numbness and you’re at your wits end, give this a try. I thought it was nonsense when I heard about it years ago, but the relief and support was literally instant. It felt like I pretty much had normal hands again. I feel silly for not giving it a try sooner. Make sure to follow a good YouTube guide, and possibly get someone to help you cause it can be tricky to apply with one hand. But it gets easier with practice!Also, I’m not sure I understand rating a product low because you personally have an allergy to the adhesive. That’s like saying peanuts are bad because you have a peanut allergy. It is unfortunate that some people have allergies to adhesives. But obviously a tape that stays on oil producing skin for multiple days must have a very strong adhesive, and that will be irritating for some people. That does not make it a bad product. It is understandable to make people aware that it may irritate their skin, but to rate it one star because of it is kind of selfish in my opinion. It’s common knowledge that any adhesive can cause skin irritation. So if you have sensitive skin or have had contact irritation in the past, it’s a good thing to keep in mind. Otherwise, I wouldn’t worry about it. Just pay attention to how your skin feels, and if anything feels odd, get some baby oil or cooking oil, and remove the tape. Simple. I, and clearly thousands of others, have had absolutely no issues whatsoever. Giving low ratings for something that isn’t a product quality issue, but rather a personal use/compatibility issue, is an annoying thing I see on the reviews of many products.

The product itself seemed to work great but it became so uncomfortably itchy I had to remove it after less than 24 hours. It turns out I am highly allergic to the adhesive and ended up with a large rash over the entire area, including blisters.For those with sensitive skin, it may be a good idea to apply to a small portion of skin before using broadly.I've used other tapes without issue so it seems to be specific to this adhesive, which is acrylic.

As soon as I put this on my knee I thought it was too thin and flimsy to do anything. I was wrong. Immediately when I stood up I could tell the difference and it helped my knee injury that's been giving me some trouble the past week. I was able to walk a lot better on it. It was on for 2 days before I just took it off. I came back and got two more boxes. It did leave a sticky residue which was a little difficult to remove on 1 inch of my leg but that was the only area from two tapes. Not really a problem. Overall I love it.

I've used this brand of tape for over a year for my knee, and it's been good. The precut strips are a good length and easy to use.I am not sure how durable this tape is for heavy physical exercise, but it works well for biking and walking.

I bought the Pro tape and loved it. I ran out so I decided to buy the pre-cut classic. When you remove the Classic tape it impossible to get rid of the glue residue. I tried alcohol, soap, hot water, cream... nothing works. I am super disappointed in this product. I will go back to the Pro tape next time. I didn't have that problem with the Pro!

Ho preso questo nastro per mia moglie, che ne fa uso frequente, ma sempre di quelli color carne. Adesso va in giro per casa con pezzetti azzurri e devo dire che è più simpatica.Entrando nel merito della validità del prodotto, mi dice che il fatto che sia pretagliato con angoli arrotondati lo rende molto più pratico di quelli da tagliare ogni volta (ovviamente deve andar bene la lunghezza predefinita).Inoltre, il collante usato le sembra più delicato e si sciacqua facilmente una volta staccato il tape dalla pelle, mentre con gli altri che usa, deve lavarsi diverse volte prima di non sentire più la pelle appiccicosa.Lo ritiene un ottimo prodotto da ricomprare.

This stuff is so sticky in the worst possible way. I got it to help easy the pain from an injury, and it leaves this horrible sticky residue all over your skin that no amount of rubbing alcohol can get rid of. It's actually terrible. I just showered, and it's still there, and now dirt and hair is sticking to my skin, and I can't get it off. It's awful.

La tenuta dell'adesivo non è paragonabile a quella di marchi più rinomati e costosi, però offre una discreta resistenza a liquidi come il sudore e l'acqua della doccia.Consiglio vivamente di consultare un fisioterapista per imparare la corretta applicazione del tape (poi potrete gestirla autonomamente, ad eccezione di aree difficili come spalle e schiena): ho visto alcune immagini dove il tape era applicato in modo un po' fantasioso, più estetico che funzionale per i muscoli sottostanti.Il prezzo è conveniente e allineato alla qualità del prodotto.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per queste strisce per kinesiterapia. Le strisce sono adesive e vanno applicate correttamente affinché procurino un auto massaggio durante i normali movimenti della parte sottoposta a trattamento. Diversi video su internet danno indicazioni utili a questo scopo a seconda della parte del corpo, ovviamente molto meglio consultare direttamente un esperto. Le strisce sono pretagliate e smussate sugli spigoli per migliorare la durata dell'adesione. La lunghezza è di 25 cm e si allungano del 50% circa. Sono molto morbide e l'adesione è buona anche sudando. Consigliato.
