This little pump is perfect for our rain barrels. If it ever stops working I'll buy another.

I reviewed the numerous small transfer pumps available on Amazon many which seem identical except for the name and the price. I picked this one as it had the most consistent reviews.I used it to drain a basin of 50 or 60 gallons under a fountain and it was fast and efficient and not that loud. I wouldn't want to listen to it all day but it was fine for the 20 minutes I needed it for. Note that this one doesn't have the on/off switch so you need to unplug it but that's a minor inconvenience. It doesn't come with hose for the output side and the instructions say the max length should be 25'. I picked up a 15' cheap hose at Home Depot which allowed me to direct the water to parts of the yard vs one spot.The instructions also recommend keeping the hose as flat as possible when using and the lift max is 3' not the 39' noted in the description

works well, a little noisy, need to be careful not to run dry. comes with extra set of impeller blades and a littlr short hose to hook up with.

I use rain catch barrels to save irrigation water, I have used a pool pump I had to sprinkle my lawn and flowers out of the rain barrels but the pump pressure was low and I did not get much range. But this pump makes it look like water from the city water supply as it reaches maximun distance for irrigation

Beware the reviews. This product can be a lemon.I've only had this pump for two months. The impeller is now only intermittently working (the paddlewheel that pulls the water in for suction). No idea why. I troubleshot it for an hour to finally figure out that it's an on-again, off-again situation. Sometime it would work and then sometimes it wouldn't. My return window closed only a month after purchase, so four weeks ago. DO NOT BUY.The support website that is listed doesn't exist. Sigh. You get the idea.

Does the job but VERY noisy. Seems very cheap, low quality. I would check out HF.

I needed a pump to move water from a flooded boat (the bilge had died and there was a LOT of water that I needed to empty). This pump works very effectively. You do need to prime it as per the instructions. The pad allows it to sit nicely and get down to about 1/4 inch of water depth. If I were to order another, I would get one with an off/on switch. I knew this didn't have one based on the description, but it would be nice to have especially given the need to prime the pump before plugging it in.

The unit wasn’t doing very good with hose provided with it, we bought a better hose and it emptied the bed in no time. The strong suction kept collapsing the hose that was with unit. Put the new hose on and in around half an hour the mattress was empty. Unit does have very strong suction.Seller got back to me when asked a question, unit was packaged very well.No complaints with seller or the unit.
