I got this to remember my Lucy girl who passed away. It's been really hard losing her, and I wanted to get something that matched her spirit. I chose the heart shape with a sunset background that has a body of water because she was a water dog and loved playing right befoe the sun went down for the day. I was able to customize it with her breed (Lucy was a Staffordshire Bull Terrier). It was easy to add the twine string. I love it so much and everytime I look at it I think of playtime with my girl. It's a wonderful keepsake. Shipping was fast and all around its a wonderful product.

Customer service was great. I ordered and it did take awhile and when I received it was the wrong name. I reached out and they sent me the right one. I have it hanging in our living room window and love it when the sun hits it. Reminder of my Gunner playing in the sun chasing birds and butterflies.

This product is cheaply made of plastic. For $25 I expected it to contain glass as most sun catchers do. Do not waste your money. I bought as a gift and am embarrassed to give it!

This to a very long time to receive! It was about 4 weeks late for a Christmas gift so that was disappointing.It arrived well packaged in good condition. Watch the size of you prefer a I was surprised by how small it actually is. I gave this for a gift in memory of a family dog, the recipient loved it!

Very beautiful piece! I ordered this for my friend who recently lost her 17 year old Yorkie. It turned out very pretty. I paid for the 6 inch size and I am glad I did as I feel that the default 3.5 inches may be too small. It took 3 weeks to arrive.

Looked very nice. The glue holding it together started to come apart after a couple of weeks in the sun, and they advertised it as a suncatcher!

Absolutely beautiful. Came in perfect condition. The only downfall I have is that the black pug while making it showed up black but once I received it the pug was wood colored. Still amazing for a sympathy gift!
