I have the Acer Predator 17.1 inch and for anyone who knows that model, you will know it is a very big computer (17x13x1.5 inches). I have looked all over for a bag big enough but also safe enough in order to transport the computer about. I saw this on Amazon and even though it was above what I really wanted to pay, because of my failed attempts to find anything else I thought I would try it. And having done so, I cannot praise it highly enough. The only negative aspect, which I shall highlight now, is there are no metal studs on the bottom for when putting it down on the ground. That out of the way, I can only say positive things about it. It is large enough to take my computer in a sleeve which I would recommend as well for added protection. It has an intuitive design with backpack straps hidden in a compartment on the back which can come out for use then tuck away in a zipped pocket. Two large accessory pockets on the front that will carry a number of things comfortably. The main compartment also has an insert for the computer for added padding. Another zipped compartment behind that as well. A handle that also hides away in 2 zipped pockets either side of the main bag and join together with a stud fastener. A shoulder strap which attaches by solid metal clasps which look and feel sturdy. The zips for the main compartments can also be locked together with a small padlock for security. The padding is firm and feels like it will give good protection. The material of the bag is strong and it looks and feels very well made. I think it will be water repellent to a degree but I have not yet tried that. It is more expensive than a lot but I absolutely recommend this as I do not think anyone will be disappointed with it.

This is one seriously well thought out bag!I only use it with the handles (like a briefcase) but I love the space and the number of pockets.I use it for my laptop, but I'm a security engineer and carry lots of additional leads and programming modules with me. These fit nicely into the multitude of pockets.Its well padded around the laptop compartment, with a handy Velcro strap.There's tons of space for everything I need and the zips are big and robust.Nice Bag!

I've carried my laptop in the bag on more long distance travels than I can count and its still in perfect condition. Great quality Bag.There are so many pockets in it I forgot I had a bottle of Lucozade in one of the side pockets where the handles go while trying to get through security at an Airport. The security officer spent 10 minutes trying to find the pocket with the drink before he asked me for help :D That just deserves a 5 star review <3

This truly is multifunctional even the carrying systems are multi. A lot of space so far three laptops, 17, 14 and 13 inches, a digital camera speaker systems, four books, socks, t-shirts and underware have been swallowed without problem and there is still space. Bought for a three month working period in Japan this will be really useful.For now feels strong so hopefully will survive flights lounges etcExcellent

Use this every day at work. Multiple pockets and great adaptability. Well made and still looks good despite being dropped dragged and placed in some grubby places.

Well this is an excellent bag. Perfect for work or even as an overnight bag. Multitude of pockets. The rucksack and top handles zip into the bag so only a top handle and shoulder strap are on show. Very good size, 17 inch model

Excellent case easily big enough for my 17.5 inch laptop including power supply, cable, mouse laser pointer and assorted cables. Still room for an iPad and some documents. Excellent metal zips.

This is an OK bag, it did not have the capacity I need all the time and has been augmented with a bigger backpack for the times I need more space. It does look good.
