A Beautiful Guitar at a Great Price
This is a beautiful guitar. It arrived early and it is beautiful. The guitar included a pack of plectrums too. It is a much loved birthday present.

Really happy, highly recommend
I got it in red and the color is red. It plays really well and nicely. I’m glad it came with extra strings and a strap to use. But there was no cover or stand which was a big disappointing. But the gutair itself is really good! Would highly recommend to purchase it if you are interested!

Great budget guitar, shame about minor damage to the body.
Guitar is fine, tunes up easily and stays tuned after the first few hours of playing. Not the best in the world but an excellent budget guitar.Guitar body was damaged upon arrival (packaging wasn't though); chipped and cracked at the base of the back panel, other minor aesthetic damage. Hasn't hindered performance but would be very disappointing if (say) it was a gift.Free plectrums are rubbish; broke within minutes (two of them). Strap is "myeh"; not very nice feel, but fulfills its purpose.

Fret buzz on first string
Sounds quite nice for the most part, looks decent apart from some minor scuffs and marks but big reduction in rating as the first string (thinnest one) is touching the first fret causing some pretty gnarly buzzing when played open. I don’t think I’ll send it back for replacement because for the sake of 1 string it’s probably easier to fix it, but for a total beginner that’s not something they would want to take on themselves and would likely spend money at a guitar store to fix it. I bought this and it was advertised as ‘used - like new’ and I assume the fret buzz is the reason why it was returned before. Not cool that it wasn’t fixed before sending to another customer. If there was no buzzing, 4 stars. If there was no buzzing and fewer marks on it, 5 stars. But 3 stars is the most I can give for this product as it is.

FABULOUS Guitar with excellent quality.. More than just a beginners guitar.
5 Star value for money. Bought in black colour as a birthday gift for cousins kid but now my son wants it too though the cost had increased since so waiting for similar deal from Martin Smiths.I have compared all other options but only Martin Smith has best quality, I highly recommend.

Into music and starting from scratch? Get one.
Always wanted to learn acoustic guitar and finally let myself buy one. Found this Martin Smith guitar to be top notch to learn with and comes with all you need to get going (used guitar tuna app on my phone for tuning). My children are now determined to learn so all foods come of it. Ohh and pictures look good but the real thing is better, starting to wish I got the blue one now - choose wisely :)

Would not recommend
When ordered the wrong product was delivered. The high E string snapped more or less straight after playing it once. I replaced the broken and yet it broke once again. It’s a shame because the body is good quality yet it’s been tarnished by shoddy string and bridge quality.

Very good starter Guitar
This is my first guitar purchase and I have to say that it is really good and I recommend it for beginners, it comes with extra strings which are easy to use, and a couple of soft picks perfect for beginners, good for practice and playing for fun.
